Location wasn't able to access the house app. So, I had to convert to self service anger talking to U-Haul hello. Not a very professional experience. But, the self service app itself is quite good.

Toby HMake sure you fully clean out your trucks for each renter. Mine had a half-consumed bottle of Dasani water in it, and had not been swept prior to my use.
THOMAS BWe literally drove 4 miles and got charged for 2 gallons of gas. Door handle was broken on passenger side. It was a convenient location but not well kept! Website was annoying since it kept asking for things I don’t need and no storage needed. Causes confusion. Someone without a phone or computer would not be able to rent which is not fair to them.
