I used Chuck's Auto before, although they were a little out of the way for me to rent- they did a great job. They were friendly and very helpful. Fortement recommandé!

Maria SI was pleasantly surprised at how well the truck performed and handled fully loaded and pulling a trailer through the PA mountains. I was expecting a long and fatiguing trip, but instead found it a pleasant relief from the work of loading.

Jason LI had trouble doing the mobile pickup because I arrived past my pickup time. Went inside and Angela was great helping me complete my rental. She was friendly, patient and understanding. Would definitely rent from this location again.
Lisa QI would recommend Chuck's additional services to anyone. But I will never recommend U-Haul to anyone ever. Your app and website were not functional and your customer "support" staff were ineffectual. Complete waste of time and money.
Kevin Mtruck ran fine but alot of body damage that wasn't shown in the pictures when I was picking up. luckily I took plenty of pictures to show the damage even tho some may have been harder to see on camera

Wayne PThe guy on the lot was rude and arrogant. He was not helpful and condescending. Basically useless for any help. He told me to check in on my phone and pretty much go away. I called Uhal because it was confusing on how to access key and check out truck. Very bad experience... Now the truck, I believe needs work. It is an outstate truck, seems to sound terrible, had a hard time starting it up. Does not seem to be well maintained. I do not know if I would rent there again probably not. Nor would I recommend that location.

James Covercharged for crappy truck. Charged $180 for 24 hr rental. Price per mile was 99 cents was told at rental pickup that it was 79 cents a mile. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Patricia MThe process to confirm the reservation and obtain the equipment took an unnecessarily long time. Very frustrating that I had to go to a separate location from where I picked up my 10ft uhaul truck to get the car transport.
Rachel WThe tire was corroded on the trailer and ended up blowing while I was trying to work. It took 4 hours to get fixed and added 4 hours of extra work to the next day. I was told I would get some kind of refund by the field manager Dylan Griesemer but he hasn't answered my emails in two days since I returned the trailer. I spent thousands of dollars using uhaul equipment throughout the year for my business. I am so unsatisfied that I will never be using uhaul again.

KATHLEEN SWell when I made the appointment it was at the Glasgow Street location and said that that would be my pick up point. Three days later when I went into the email to confirm you indicated to the other location which is 25 miles away from the Glasgow location. Was not happy at all without being told that it was now at the Bechtelsville location. Really bad business for you to make your customers go at least 10 miles away from the other location. Need it to do the move had no choice was forced into getting the rental from the other location !! I feel that you should reimburse me half Of the amounts charged. It was a huge inconvenience to go 40 minutes out of the way! Then you charged me for all that extra mileage!! Not happy at all with this experience time money that's all we have in life time and money! You wasted my money and you wasted my time. I would've searched out another location that I knew would be closer but you forced me into going that far away.! So I'm hoping that you just don't take my comment and say yeah yeah! Please do something about it credit my credit card $40! R

BARRY SConsidering I ordered a 26ft truck one way weeks ago and it was confirmed only to have them call the day before and say they have a 15ft truck for me at a location 20 miles away that I also have to return there. So they confirmed my reservation and make a huge mistake and I had to suffer financially and with my time and everyone else's time that I hired to help me move. I received no apology or explanation. The lady at chucks was amazing but that was it.

John GSuper great pickup. Easy at this location. Only thing... during the checkin process you were told to check the outside for damage, we did this but then when we arrived home we realized the track that the back door rides on was off. We had no way to report this except for roadside assistance
