Though this location was not convenient at all to our move and was a last ditch effort to not have an hour plus drive for a rental we reserved 5+ weeks on advance of our move at a location 5 minutes away, the nightmare of scheduling falls on U-Haul at the national level and is not a reflection of this location. Location was well lit, keys easy to find and access, truck was clean and fueled.

Picked up the van with no issues. We drove to our first stop and the engine didn’t turn on for some reason. We called the roadside assistance service. They came within an hour. They started it up again. The service guy told us to keep the van running while packing up the house. Followed directions and made it happen. It was good for us.
Tracy TStop charging so dam much per mile and per use of the truck. 105 for 34 miles is crazy. I know now to never use u-haul anymore.
Dalton TGet rid of the current app and redesign it from the bottom . Make the interface clear and simple, easy to follow with instructions. I am an app fanatic and this u-hual app is one of if not
