Make sure the trucks are better maintained. The side mirror kept moving while i was driving, it was hard to get to and from each location safely. The front of the truck was not clean. There was stuff in the cup holders and all over the steering wheel.

I registered online and apparently the system provided a reservation for the same truck to two people. The associate at the location was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in correcting the minor inconvenience.

Our experience with Uhaul was horrible. 3 times it was rented out so we had to change locations to pick it up. We weren't able to pick it up the day we reserved it for then they would not let us return it closer to home. We'll never use uhaul again.

The truck I used needs a front end alignment. The truck shook badly and I had to reduce speed to keep it from wobbling uncontrollably.

Owner wouldn't even come out to help me load it, so I loaded it and left. Then he called all upset. Told him maybe you should wait on your customers. The trailer was parked down an embankment in the weeds. I had to basically yank it out of the brush behind this dirty strip mall. Trashy.

Dealer was very rude and not friendly. I filled the gas tank still he charged some extra money and also there is huge rain in our small mud was there in the driver carpet. He charged cleaning fee on me as well. The vehicle that i got is in very poor condition because unable to put Reverse gear and unable to adjust both side of mirror and parking brake is very to release. Totally I don't have very good on this rental equipment.

We reserved the U-Haul for a specific location so we can save on miles but they moved our reservation to another location that was far away. We were very upset about that. Then when we get to the new location the worker says that we a late, which it wasn't our fault. Then he still charges us the same price. I ask if we can cancel and booked again, “he said no you will loose your truck. So, we were very unhappy U-Haul lack of professionalism and gratitude they had for us paying customers.

A simple explanation of how the parking lot was laid out could help. The location of the key boxes is pretty far from the vehicle.

Great place to rent a u-hual only thing is their van needs to be cleaned out on the inside from previous users. Other than that very friendly people are affordable prices.

Lady was really rude and mean, I filled up the gas before I came in and she kept asking about the gas, they do t want to go outside to check anything, I've took videos of damaged spots and gas is full and parked at same spot as I told her and she kept asking the same questions over. It's not my job to check the gas etc when they are renting it out they should be checking everything before anything

When I dropped off my key and contract, the attendant asked me if the gas was "good". And that was it. He was very kind, but it felt as though a step was missing to close out the check in process. If not, great! Quick and painless!

I know I left items in truck on top of the shelf area. I went back to the store because no one was answering the phones. He advised the truck was rented and offered to give me the “CUSTOMERS” number to call. Personal information! No privacy. I told him I wasn't comfortable with taking the number. I told him he needs to call. He called and ask the customer to check. He kept saying head board when I explained it's three long pieces of wood. The customer said they didn't see it because I'm sure they were looking for a head board or not looking at all. He told me as if I'm not a customer that just paid for these services that he has to take the customers word for it and don't know what to tell me!

The web experience was awful. I entered my information, took a picture of the front and back of my license and then it asked me to provide more information before I could get my rental. Mind you, I'm standing in the store right in front of the guy who is renting to me. He could have very easily bypassed this process and just helped me but he told me I had to do it on my phone. Then they needed another contact to call in case I was late on my rental. Like that's really going to do anything. You already have my credit card on file anyway. Then the additional contact that I provided wasn't good enough so they wanted to call them to make sure. That's when I had enough and the person online said "okay if you don't want to proceed this way then you can hist do it in person. Goodbye" infuriating. So this whole time i could have just said this to the prison u was standing in front of who watched me do this? So stupid. Whatever, if it's what it is I guess. Next time I'll just try renting somewhere else.

The staff at Cigar and More outlet in New Castle DE was quick to accommodate me. I was able to get in and out of the store in 15 minutes. Very efficient.

As I made the reservation as 9am pick-up, it was described that the store was open 24/7 though, it was closed at 8:50am when I was there to pick up And U-haul pick up webpage said that I had to wait until 9:30am, the store owner came at 9:50am and said he open at 10am on Sunday. I lost 1 hour. As the result, I could not complete my job with the pick up truck because the working place was close at 3:00pm. And then I heard from the store owner that he would close at 5pm when I checked his closing time, his store was closed already when I arrived at 4:45pm. Since I locked the truck and put the key into the key-box, I could not complete the return process on the mobile app. And I reported to the call center that I return the truck at that time though, I was overcharged twice than the original price because U-haul regarded my return as next morning 9:09am. What the fuck, U-haul.

I didn't receive the pickup guarantee money back as my U-Haul was not available at the original pickup location. Upon picking up my U-Haul the gas was lower than what was said on my paper contract I took pictures of the gas so the employee could see where it was and also pictures when I returned it and I'm being charged for gas
