There was only one person working. Even though we used express check-in we had to wait about 15 minutes before we were ready to go. The associate was very kind and professional; she thanked us for our patience. The computer system wasn't working properly so she ended up having to write down my credit card information to process the payment at a later date. Also, we had to attach the trailer to my SUV by ourselves. Every other experience I've had with uHaul I've had assistance attaching the trailer and ensuring the lights all worked properly.

Have a person thst ia knowledgeable with the computer system. It took over a hour to get into the dystem to process payment. Whrn he couldn't get tge payment processed he asked if I could pay eith cash. I asked for the 800# some how the payment processed. Later I checked my credit card & I was charged twice.

I had to negotiate to get a price that was reasonable for my use, fortunately I knew Penske's pricing. So happy with a new van as I don't smoke and this was not smoked out!! The facility is beautiful and clean. I felt comfortable returning to the well lit parking area after hours.

The user experience is garbage. No one is going to get out the app until they get to the drop box. THEN the app tells them they need go all the way back across the parking lot, turn the truck back on, and take a bunch of pictures. Just a poor design process.

I have rented from this location many times and had very good experiences except for this time. When I rented the pickup I was told it would be 10 for insurance for the entire rental which was not correct. When I asked about this was told to call corporate- then told I would get a credit-but then told to call the location. After several calls to both when I returned the truck I asked that the manager of the location call me. I did not get a call back, I called back to review charges I was then told I had an additional gas fee- the manager proceeded to tell me I forgot to put gas in! I was beyond frustrated! I have a receipt showing that I put gas in as well as I washed the truck that when I rented it was very dirty! I have never been more insulted- by your staff or felt that he did not care as a manager, He made it all my problem and the truck was taken to an offsite and he went above and beyond to make sure to check that I did not put enough gas and make me feel like an idiot by saying over and over again that I must have forgot! . I am not sure I care to rent from your location in the future. I would love a call back form some that oversees this operation.

Vehicle was pretty nasty, but ran well. The rental staff was great and so was the pricing. Before coming to u-Haul, we tried to rent from Home Depot and Lowe’s, but didn’t because they didn’t have a vehicle available. The process and pricing at U-Haul was much easier.

The truck was a beast to drive. Not sure if the breaks were up to par, but breaking seemed a bit sloppy. The guy at Citadel was great, but there were some paperwork problems that slowed things down a bit. However, he was able to give me some extra consideration for the extra time it took.

Way overcharged. Truck was returned same night with almost as much gas that was in it. Was told 100 would be held for a prepaid card when the initial charge was 66. Was then charged an extra 20 dollars for even more. So really I was charged 120 (60 extra) for what reason?

This location was fine. However, we had first booked a uhaul at a different location and when we showed up, they said they didn’t have it. Luckily we were sent to this location that was nearby and got a trailer (not the same one we ordered). We were offered a discount for our troubles, but we didn’t get one.

I went 7 miles and they charged me for 1.5 gallons of gas. No 10 foot truck has 4 MPG fuel rating. When I left, the tank was on 3/4 and when I returned it was still on 3/4. Very expensive for a 45 minute job that went a total of 7 miles. I will look elsewhere next time.

My car was damaged when they hooked up the trailer to my car. It doesn’t seem they are going to do anything about that... I’d recommend you have customers hook up their own trailer unless there’s going to be accountability for damages they may cause.

I used the uhaul app, so I was able to pickup and drop off my vehicle without anyone present - this was awesome! I have also picked up at this location with a person present - they are very helpful, courteous and efficient. Great location My only complaint - the app is cumbersome and tedious.

My original reservation was to pick up at a location two miles from where we planned to load our things. The day before the reservation, I received an email and a call to confirm that we would be picking up from a different location, which was fine. We went to that location to find out our truck was at a location we had passed 8 miles ago. I was not notified via phone or email of this change. The rep told me I would be compensated for mileage. I asked him what he meant by that and he said it would be explained to me at the location of our truck. When we arrived to the right location, the rep had no idea what compensation I was talking about and said I’d have to call. He provided us with the contract which notated the vehicle had a full tank of gas. The tank had between 1/4 and 3/8. It also had the check engine light and an alert for the tire pressure. We notified the rep of this and he adjusted our contract for the tank of gas. He said not to worry about the check engine light or tire pressure light. Not very comforting. This was a very frustrating experience and it makes me want to never use uhaul again.

My issue wasn't really with the location but more that the UHaul customer representative changed the location of the pickup twice and had assured me that everything on my order was there. In fact, only half of the pads requested were there and there was no furniture dolly. We had to run to two different locations to complete the order which is totally unacceptable. The staff at the pickup location were nice but basically told me that there wasn't much they could do and they only held the trucks, it not being a UHaul only location but a storage company that was a pickup point. After some complaining, they did reach out to the CS Rep to assist, but again, they sent us to a different location that did not have either thing we needed.
