One thing I would strongly recommend is improving the UHAUL app service. I attempted to return the truck ahead of schedule and the app would not register my request.

in the contract, the manager corrected the mileage of the car and warned that there were 42577 as not 42566. but 42566 was written in the program. when I got into the car there were 42577. as a result, 11 miles were deducted from me, which I did not use ...

It’s a little sketchy that the vehicles are kept at a motel rather than an official Uhaul facility, but that’s the only non-positive thing I have to say. The interactions with employees are pleasant, the equipment is in good shape, and the pick-up/return process is very easy to navigate. There’s little more I could ask for.

The Dolly I booked wasn't in the Van. The Van's location was a long walk from where I was supposed to pick up the Van, but Harry the manager was very polite and helpful - which was the ONLY positive experience.

Firstly, be very clear about where the pick up location is. My email receipt when booking told me to go to the Lincoln Blvd address, and when I got there I was informed I needed to go to Ocean Park. After picking up my key, I had to drive even further to the Pavilions Motel to pick up the car. This should have never happened. I booked the truck for the U-Haul of Santa Monica location on Lincoln and I expected the vehicle to be there, I should not have had to go on a wild goose chase trying to find the correct location.

I wanted the smallest pick up. Didn't have one bur charged me the small pickup rate. I wish in the advertising that you mention tax, gas and miles charges. I twas a super small job, no more than an hour I my bill was $33.

Warn customers that the actual truck location is over half a mile down the road from the office at a motel, and that customers can park in the lot. I had to walk/jog under a time crunch. Also, improve your credit card system because I had to wait literally 20 minutes for my card to be run. It ended up not even working and I had to give a new card number over the phone the next day or risk being charged more. Last, the clerk needs to know what is available in the truck; I was told no dollies were available but then it turned out there was already a dolly available to rent fixed in the truck.

The owner, Harry was extremely rude on the phone. I needed to pick up the rental at 9am, and there was nobody at the pick up location until 9:10. When I called him about it, he said "then go somewhere else!". Your customers shouldn't be adjusting their schedule based on your sweet time. Honey you will have a tough time with your business when you say you dont care instead of apologizing.

Despite me phoning on Friday to confirm our reservation there was no truck ready for us at the location we’d arranged. Instead we had to drive miles to another location which messed up our entire schedule. Very disappointed
