This is the best experience I’ve ever had in 40 years with U-Haul so I will always come back to this location from now on my 20 foot moving van only had 500 miles on it so it was pretty much brand new and drove great

Ashish CThere was nothing to improve. This was by far the greatest U-Haul location that I have ever been to. By far light-years ahead of any location that I have been to in the past, whether it be a brand-new location or one of the bigger named locations. This should be the example. Truly perfect!
Joseph JThe car needs suspension work. We were driving it back in the rain at night, and the heavy, constant shaking made the mirrors vibrate uninterruptedly (especially on the passenger side), making it impossible to read, so I had to depend on the my passenger to guide me during lane changes to the right. This car shouldn’t be driven at night, and especially under wet conditions. Also, there really should be an option to return the truck in the Santa Barbara area. The cost to drive the truck back, $1.39 per mile for a hundred miles, plus an $85 for gas!
