Easy to get to, parking is limited if you need to leave a vehicle but they found us a space. They made the rental experience easy.

Good service. Wished they had a dedicated spot for dropping off. It was hard to find a place to park as his lot was filled with cars in for service. The gentleman working was very friendly.

The woman that runs it was rude, walked away from me and didn't even give me my keys for a vehicle I had checked out via mobile an HOUR before. I had to come back and get the keys because she was busy when I initially arrived and I had somewhere to be. I even politely told her I would return after my meeting. This was fine, but when I came back she said she had no vans and wouldn't listen that I had already checked one out. She huffed, threw up her hands and walked away. No matter how busy you are, there is absolutely no reason to be rude. Thankfully a nice man was there and gave me my keys, but no apologies for her rude behavior. Even he seemed shocked. There was a customer in the waiting room watching all this as well. If he had not been there would I have even received my keys? Mobile check out is supposed to be a convenience, but it wasn't like it is at other locations.
