As location also primarily operates as a tire and mechanical shop, building and interior average. Workers very busy with shop, etc. Although my wait was not long, it did not compare to site I previously used in Zanesville, OH. Lots of trucks available, but few cargo trailers.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe kid that did the rental paperwork spoke so quiet, I had to ask him to repeat himself at least once for everything he asked me. It almost seemed like a game to him. Not good customer service. The truck that was rented had a bad leak in the cargo box. It soaked a bunch of moving boxes and blankets covering other belongings.
Devin WI declined the insurance when I booked. It was later added back when I picked it up. I had no idea because I wasn’t given a copy to look at charges nor signed anything. Will dispute with CC company.
Mario FI was charged fees I was never informed about. I rented a 10’ truck for less than 2 hours, and charged almost $200. I was told 19.99 and 1.20 a mile. No mention of any additional fees. Plus I added $25 in gas to the truck. Unacceptable.
Shannon cGreat staff. Friendly fast and efficient.
