I had an issue with the price I received when I made the reservation it was higher when I went in to pick the U-Haul up. That's misleading a person when they make a reservation and is told one price then go in and it's totally different amount.
Ieshia FloydWe reserved the trailer for pick up at 7:30am. At 5:30 the day prior, we were informed that the equipment would not be available until 8:30am. In fact, the location hours are wrong on the rental site as they do not open until 8:00. We were disappointed to delay our day's start by an hour.

Patrick Rivera5x8 trailer was sufficient for my needs, but the trailer itself needs some cosmetic maitenance - rust, faded signage on tralier, discolored fenders. Tires were good. Towed fine. No issues. Just needs some cosmetic care.

Michael GillespieNo complaints for the rental location but the ramp on the back of the 26' truck needs to be longer. The ramps used to be longer and uhaul shortened them and that makes loading and unloading extremely difficult due to the ramp angle.
John DuckThe employees at Clayton Tire and Muffler were fantastic as well as the employees at Baileys Auto. The experience with U-Haul however, was the worst I have ever experienced in my entire life. I have moved several times and used U-Haul every time - never again. I specifically set up a pick up location close to where I was moving from, and a drop off location close to where I was moving to, neither of which were more then 10 miles from eachother. I was told upon my confirmation receipt I would receive a call to confirm all details, U-Haul never called. Imagine my surprise 15 minutes after I drop the U-Haul off after moving for the past 2 days that I get a call from the CERTIFIED U-HAUL location I already dropped the truck off at saying it was the incorrect location and they could push through the return but it would be upwards of FOUR TIMES the agreed upon rental price. I had to return to the verified U-Haul location I dropped the truck off at, and return it to the certified U-Haul location I picked the truck up from. I had no drop off confirmation on my U-Haul receipt and they did not answer despite numerous calls. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any moving company and I will never use U-Haul again and I suggest others to look elsewhere before using them.

Brad BrightThe shop and the people at the shop were great! Easy check in/out. The truck was clean. The trucks check engine light was on, the traction control kept dinging about needing serviced, and there an exhaust leak. Sounds like it's under the passenger seat. Made the ride loud and when stopped filled the cab with exhaust fumes.
Jason FicarraEvery step of this process was so overly difficult and time consuming, which is so disappointing considering i've had such easy experiences with uhaul in the past. The truck share 24/7 was a complete nightmare, the truck itself wasn't even all that clean inside, and the entire experience was just awful. The only, and I mean ONLY, positive thing about the experience was the gentleman who worked in the location. He was the only helpful person we interacted with and he doesn't even work for uhaul

It's close, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the equipment is clean and in excellent condition. This is my second rental here and the service and equipment is consistently very good.

RODERIC CHRISTIANTruck that was rented to me was terrible had a vary bad exhaust leak and breaks had a loud squeal when applied. Headlights on truck were also bad could not see at night while driving this truck needs attention or retired.

gary wilhelmI reserved the large truck, 3 dollies and 2 dozen pads. The truck had only 1/8 gas and the guy had to clean it out after I rented the truck. The only item at the location was the truck. The reason for reserving the others was I was moving an entire house and apartment to a house that has a second floor. I understand the form say that it might not be available however, items shouldn't be available to rent at all.
CHARLENE MCDANIEVery happy with my experience at this location. The van was ready, clean, gassed up and the check out was very fast. (I had done most everything online beforehand.) Le personnel était amical et serviable. I needed an extra day which they accommodated and checking back in was smooth and swift. Great place to rent equipment. This is my second time renting from them, and the service was excellent both times.

Michelle BuffinLearn how to make sure trailer is attached to the vehicle correctly. Mine came off hitch while going 55 mph on the Interstate. Hitch and ball were not mated completely when tightened. Also, should advise customer to recheck connection after a few miles.

Becky GordonProprietor of Clayton Tire and Auto should be sanctioned for not going over the agreement with me and stuck $55 of insurance on the rental without my consent. Then when I let him know that I would not be returning the van until Saturday afternoon, he was okay with it yet one of his employees left a harassing message demanding that I return the van immediately. The proprietor told me to delete the message and I have not as I feel discriminated against as I'm partially disabled and a member of the LGBTQ Community and neither he nor his employee was sensitive to that fact. Also the van did not have a full tank of gas as was told to me and I have pictures of the dashboard and fuel gauge when I picked it up and when I returned the van. So the 8 gallons of gas is another false charge. Also, this location was the first ever to not print the agreement so that I had nothing to prove that I had legally rented the cargo van if I had been stopped by the police. That was not okay in my book. Lastly, please know that I have rented from U-Haul many times in the past, this location and experience has soured me toward your company and in the future I will consider your competitors for my moving needs.

Zhihua DaiThere was confusion about the app finalizing the order. The owner/manager kept telling me I likely only had a reservation, although I was sure the order had processed. Perhaps I had pressed one too many buttons on my phone, but we were at a stand-off, until he looked me up and realized I was good to go. Automation cost me a good 20 minutes.

Charles ChizmarVery dissatisfied with the app. I was unable to complete the after hour check in. After approximately 45 minutes of trying, I just put the key in the Dropbox and left. I don't feel like I should be charged the $20 fee as I was unable to use the app even though I tried.
