Everything was great.
JOHN MThe fuel level was below what I was told and even though when I filled it I used a card and guessed the amount to use and I was close, but that didn't seem good enough and is petty to over charge someone when the fuel level was below what was mentioned but since I don't use a U-Haul on a daily basis so I didn't know they would act like shit and try to charge more then necessary. I spent more to make up for the fuel then I should have. There is a large dent on the bumper I think it was on the driver side prior to my usage.
CHRISTOPHER SFirst time renting a UHAL truck. It was an easier process than I thought it would be.

VINCENT MLet uhaul know somehow posted hours can be worked around. Because I was told on the phone they opened at 10, I picked up truck across town earlier, then got trailer and then crossed town again to get my car. 3 stops at uhauls.

MARK THad an issue with the mileage charge, once contacted it was handled right away and corrected. Just a misunderstanding on the return date which was on the invoice. Otherwise, once explained, would definitely rent from here again if needed.

john cI was charged an incorrect amount. This amount included insurance which I never take in any of my rentals. I was told the manager needed to contact traffic, next day I get a bill for the same amount, nothing fixed and nothing adjusted. Tried contacting the location and no answer.

Jeff EI rented the uhaul 6×12 cargo trailer to move some furniture to Minnesota. No issues whatsoever. It tracked like a champ!! The only thing that I would have liked is to have spring loaded clips on the safety chains. This is a personal preference only.
Terry BWe ended up paying for a hauler which did not work subsequently couldn't use. In the end, we ended up paying extra to get our car towed.
Gail KI did the online/24 hour order and pick by mobile phone. The process was very easy and the truck was ready and waiting for me upon arrival. Because it was my first time I waited to talk to the staff when I returned the truck to make sure there was nothing more I needed to do. He was helping a customer in front of me, but still acknowledged he'd be right with me. I was listening to the amazing customer service he provided to that customer and he continued to be equally as awesome with my simple question about returning the truck. I will certainly rent again from Clearhome Self Storage and Uhaul for my needs in the future.

Teresa CThe manager is very helpful and I appreciate that, as a handicapped person. Suggestion: is it possible to hire a grounds keeper to keep down the ever-encroaching weeds? There is also a persistent presence of wasps nesting & spiders spinning their webs, but I don't know what can be done about that.
