The worker here in contrast to the pickup location was very absent. No greeting when I walked in, very unhelpful, was on a cellphone the whole time. I’m assuming she was using a work program so that’s not the problem but she didn’t look at me, she didn’t speak clearly once, gave me no direction. The whole time I felt like I was inconveniencing her day. I went one mile over so she said it was an extra dollar which fine whatever I don’t care about the dollar, she then repeated it so I said oh do you need cash? She said no. Do you have the card you used and I said yes I went into my wallet for it brought it out and handed it to her. She didn’t take it, didn’t look at it just ran something in the system. That was so confusing and awkward for me. I had no idea if we were done or not so I stood there a bit and she dismissively asked if there was something else. No indication we had completed the transaction. It was all around uncomfortable, awkward, and unpleasant for me. Sorry I finished the job early and made her do work. Wow! Either that employee needs some serious customer service coaching, retraining or I need a partial refund because that was just completely unacceptable behavior all around. As I left she went right back to her phone so who knows if she even did anything. I asked if she needed my paperwork and she said no. She made me go out to get the EXACT mileage on the rental. I wasn’t told I needed that but in the customer service industry she could take some initiative to get up and check it. I saw some snacks in the corner when I walked in but there was no signage by it so I wasn’t sure if they were complimentary, for staff, for sale, and after my experience with the worker I was not about to ask.

Steven SHad a dolly ordered ( 3 weeks) in advance, but none were available when picking up the unit. Also, ordered trailer (3 weeks earlier) from one location, but the day before pick up, I was told I had to go to another location ( Velp ave) to pick it up. Seems like enough time to have trailer & dolly ready at location of order, otherwise a week heads up would have been nice.
