ETHEL ASo I rented this U-Haul to haul cabinets to install at a clients house. I didn't end up even using it. I pulled it inside my shop left it and my truck. Went to go load it the next morning and it was snowing so I canceled my install. Take the trailer back and they were leaving as I was pulling back it and was told to go drop the trailer off over there. Back the trailer off over there and drop it off. A few days later I get a receipt for a dolly and some blankets that I rented. I never opened the U-Haul the entire time I had it to take them out. On top of having to load and unload it by myself, I had to an hr after my reservation for someone get down there, then charged $120 extra brings me to a total of nearly $200 for absolutely nothing. Would have better off burning the money. Would recommend any other U-Haul place over this one

JAMES SDon't tell me I will get a credit later and then not. Just charge mileage driven instead of miles estimate- as the price went up and you added way over the mileage. Keith L

Even though I returned the truck during off hours, I can't submit the review unless I answer "were the personnel helpful?" at this location. "Not applicable" is the correct response as no one was there, but the form won't accept that.

Andrews is fortunate to have such kind and professional businesspeople serving residents and visitors in their community!
NATHAN CClontz service was wonderful. They arranged to rent a trailer on a Sunday, which is not a regular office day. Easy pick up and return. Will continue to you them for future rentals.
diana sThe app was unbelievably slow. It took 20 minutes to advance through the 5 steps to the end. We kept thinking maybe it timed out and stopped working. Awful user experience. Then at the end it instructed us to dropped the key in thw key drop box…no instructions where to find it or what it looked like. It took another 30 minutes of driving around the facility and a call to customer service to figure out it was not a key drop box but a mail slot in the top left corner of a glass door. Unbelievable.

James MRonnie & Marcia have been so HELPFUL! Accommodating for my mistake in choosing a 26' truck (which had raised wheel wells) that prevented loading pallets to the front. 20' was Great. Re- renting next Friday-Sat.
