The Clontzes are very kind and accommodating about some scheduling changes and glitches on my end. I couldn't locate my receiver for my hitch and had to buy a new one in order to rent the trailer. They told me what to look for at the store and everything worked out. The only guidance I did not receive was that I should get a straight receiver and not the drop one that I picked up. Apparently, the drop receiver caused me some unnecessary problems on the long drive, and as a first time tower, the sway of the trailer whenever a semi passed me or the wind blew too hard was quite alarming. It took me 2 days to feel like I could control the car with the trailer on it. I'm noting this primarily because it might help another first-time driver if they go to pick up their rental with the wrong hitch on. But specifically, the Clontzes were very patient and kind in all our transactions and I would recommend their business for anybody's U-Haul needs in this WNC area.
