Cloud 9 is primarily a cannabis dispensary on the Shinnecock Nation Reservation. They are not equipped to rent UHaul. The woman I delt with was unaware how to rent me the van. It took 90 minutes for her to find the key. Pretty sure she was stoned as her eyes where very glassy and I observed her vaping.

The truck is parked far away from the lock box in a dark area with no lights. It's also in a tribal land so as soon as we drove to see the truck a tribal person came with 2 other people ready to defend their property. I had to explain to them that I was renting a truck to diffuse the situation. I was on the phone with a representative for almost 40 minutes to help me with the truck.

Customer Service, attendant should walk with the customer to the truck and explain the process. Provide if possible with hard copies of contract.

Nobody was there for pickup. Nobody knew what they were doing for pick-up or drop-off. They had no dollies or furniture pads even though we booked ahead of time. The location is a weed shop, not a convenience store as the name would suggest. 100 % would not go back or recommend to another person.

We rented at the last minute and we're happy to get the cargo van we needed. The rental location is a head/pot shop and we were not aware of that until after we confirmed our reservation on the website. It may be helpful to include that in the business name on the UHaul website as it may be unique for some customers! The van hadn't been vacuumed/cleaned but it was fine for our needs. While I appreciated the thoroughness of the ap for checking out and returning the van, I can imagine it being difficult for some customers. In addition the estimated costs given to us on paper at the location differed from the final costs. We weren't going to stress about a few dollars (especially if it was going to cost us $20 to not confirm the return of the vehicle through the ap/website), but I recommend that your systems get more aligned.

Tires were underinflated. I had to wait 1,5 hrs for assistance in renting the trailer.

The return location was housed within an Indian smoke shop. It felt like the uhaul business was an afterthought. But the location was convenient and it worked out.

The place is a weed dispensary. They were not prepared to set me up when I arrived to pick up my truck. When I returned they said just give them the key dismissed any reasoning for a formal check out. I took a picture when I dropped off the truck at 98446 miles. I received a receipt that billed me 98497 miles. That's an extra $96,39 your charging me. How do I dispute this?

I made my reservation at a Sag Harbor address, it then turned out that was only a mailing address and the truck itself would need to be collected from Southampton, much less convenient for me, and then, the truck was not at that Southampton location. I had to drive further extra 7 miles to get the truck. The fact that the truck was not where it was supposed to be, and that the original address was bogus, both were very disappointing and have discouraged me from renting U-Haul in the future.

This was not my original pick up location. That locations cancelled on me about an hour before my scheduled pick up time. I had to drive another 1,5 hours out of my way to pick up in South Hampton. This was a horrible experience. U haul should be embarrassed.

Clean up a bit more. Make sure you get all the garbage from previous customers.

I was told by your company to make sure I had a two inch ball hitch- trailer needed a smaller ball hitch. Thankfully I did. Would have ruined our plans if I didn't

The drop off location was terrible. Poorly marked (no street # or road sign) and no UHaul representative to assist during drop off. I called, spoke with someone who said everything was good, yet I received a late charge - something I didn't need after a stressful trip. 100 % unacceptable because the drop off location staff did not check in the equipment I rented on the day I dropped it off.
