Darlene WThe 24/7 online app was véry frustrating. I would rather deal directly with a real person for the entire experience and not be required to use the app at all. The u-haul associate/helpful person at that location did an excellent job of assisting more through the process, she even came on site on her day off to help me when I experienced problems with checking out the truck I reserved, and was available with assistance when I had to extend the rental twice for additional days. It was nice to have a kind helpful person to see the process through, I appreciate her efforts tremendously during a very stressful time in my life.
Fayla HI was late returning a car dolly. The location closes at 2p.m. When I returned it the next morning there was another customer to rent it. They double charged for it and then charged me 29 cleaning fee when it was hooked up to a be towed to Seattle with the next customer,without cleaning it. Yet still charged me. Seems that they double " dipped" and stole a cleaning fee that they didn't clean the equipment but still charged me for it. Not honestt nor fair .
JASON HWe sat there waiting for an hour waiting to get our rental. While the lady kept letting other people come in and get helped first even though they were there after us. She also sat in their building for about 20 min with just a "tranie" and herself while we were outside still waiting to be helped.

REX LWell I called to confirm my appointment since it was changed from one location to the new location. I pacifically asked if I was to pick it up at 0800. And I was told yes 0800 they was open. I was there at 0815 and there was no one there. I waited until 0910 and then I called the 1-800 number. To find out that I can pick this up on line. I don't do on line stuff so much. Eventually with the help of the lady on the phone I was able to navigate the system. I lost an hour and a half over this . Not happy.

Jackie AMuch better sign…larger for starters…indicating the address is a U-Haul distribution center. This location is bare/bones, and is basically a pick up of equipment, etc. It should be advertised accordingly.
WALTON FThe pickup place was helpful and nice. But While I have used uhaul before this current time was very disappointing. While it was not the fault of the location I eventually picked up at I was originally sent to a different location after calling and confirming the location the day before. The first location did not have any of the equipment I reserved. I was then sent to a second location which was the wrong address. After finally getting to the needed location I had already wasted a significant portion of my morning. This was compounded by the fact that I had movers waiting for me and the truck. I was extremely disappointed in the reservation team and there many mistakes caused serious stress and wasted time before our move.
Kevin NMy very significant issue has to deal with the after-hours check-out process. I do not have a smart phone and the customer support people (at least 2) I spoke to about reserving the truck were aware of this. Without one, there is no way to complete the check-out process. This was never passed on to me until I was standing an hour away from home and after store hours at 7pm. Fortunately, I had the foresight to have my ride wait until I was in the truck before leaving or I would have been stranded an hour from home. I spent over an hour at the location scrambling for options with customer service as I was initially told I could not use the cell phone of the person who gave me a ride. In all honesty, I was ready to blow the lock off the back of the truck with my 0,45 cal and take the truck. There was absolutely no way I was going to leave and then waste another 2 hours driving back in the morning- on top of the hour (plus) I wasted standing there initially. This is completely unacceptable! I've been renting Uhaul equipment for decades and this is the 1st time I've ever had the slightest issue. Y'all have to create a better process or let people without a smart phone know to make other arrangements well in advance. Additionally, the 20-30 minute wait time just to speak with someone on the after hours line is ridiculous.

Steven FPickup location was muddy. Mud all over tow vehicle and U-Haul trailer upon exit. Inside of trailer had not been swept out. There were pieces of styrofoam and dirt inside trailer. Other than that location manager was polite, professional and helpful. Would recommend.

SHANE CWhy was I charged an additional 2 days, I paid that on the original ticket, as I had explained to the agent I spoke to on the phone ( it was for business use and we needed the 2 days due to the weekend) and it was clear on that invoice? I got charged twice for the extra days

CARL BI was supposed to drop off at SCI Enterprises in Lewiston, Id. I was not made aware that they changed the drop off location. So while I waited for 10-15 min ( the owners were very nice and helpful to get me to the right spot). I just would have like to have known it changed. That's all.

brian GPerhaps this and all U Haul locations can confirm the equipment is available earlier (3 days) prior to pickup. I've rented equipment from U Haul only to arrive at the location and being told the equipment is not at that location or unavailable.
Jake HChehalis did great, Moscow not so much. They wouldn't let me return the trailer on Saturday (said they were full) and told me I had to go to Spokane to drop it off. Spokane was overtaken by wildfires that day so they then sent me to Lewiston and when I finally got there it was closed. I was able to do a drop service but was treated terribly by the Moscow store manager and the regional manager said she would be giving me a $200 credit and It has not happened. Uhaul failed on this rental. I'm so unhappy with my experience. I was the Director at our local Chamber of Commerce for 10 years and understand customer service, this business approach in Moscow was unacceptable. They need training on how to be nice.

Lindsey MI was 2 days and 30 minutes late in returning the rental and was charged for three days, even though I phoned ahead and notified the company and was given two extra hours to get there.
Douglas FThe location was wonderful, the last minute change of pick up location and the necessity to pay for the extra miles to pickup and drop off was very frustrating. I don't blame the change on the location but uhaul contacted me after the guaranteed time about the need to pick up elsewhere and getting them on the phone to deal with them have been difficult or impossible.
Cortney DThis company had their hours on the phone message but when you arrive at the location they have different hours on the door and of course there was nobody there... It was then that I find out on the contract that I have to jump through a bunch of hoops to return the truck and trailer... I hope I never have to use U Haul again.

Joe PAt this location, not a thing, the gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable and helpful 100 %, but the phone/ online contact was not helpful at all. I did not get any callbacks when I asked for them.

Diane LU-Haul is and always has been very good to deal with but I had to drive 180 miles round trip to drop off the trailer. I am being compensated some but it is very inconvenient to have to drive 3+hours to return.

KUNJANA SLocation where trailer was picked up from didn't check to see if all the lights were working. No marker or tail lights worked.
