The representative didn't care that the wheel well was loose, lacking two rivets, nor did they have the option to choose my agreed upon drop off location chosen during the initial contract phase. He stated it's fine return it and they'll figure it out and selected another location 45 minutes away. This required me to be on hold for an hour to speak to a reservations scheduling manger to get it fixed. Please sort this out in the future.

ROBERT BThe brakes were not functioning on the trailer. Customer service was great, the y went out of their way to find a convenient location that had a trailer available. The trailer pulled great with no issues, ( other than the brakes), and we accomplished our mission.
Wayne BFor starters when I pay and expect to have dollies in my U-Haul to be able to properly move all of my items and then when I pick up the U-Haul and none of the moving accessories are in there that makes a horrible move.. thankfully one of my friends had a dolly. it has been 12 hours since I returned the U-Haul and I still haven’t been refunded.

NISAL DStaying open for the hours you advertise would help. Also if your not going to at least leave a phone number that gets answered. Also letting people know they can drop off online would have been really helpful as I waisted an hour of my time trying to figure out what to do.
Bruce ABusiness hours need to be longer. The wrong keys were given to me, I had to call, get another truck then transfer things over from one truck to another. Had to go back and forth from the parking lot to the store multiple times.
Jason KWindshield was dirty, and no windshield washer fluid in the vehicle. Also the tires were not good on ice. The vehicle was parked in an icy area at the UHAUL place and I had a difficult time getting it out as the tires did not grip. I was also surprised to see the UHaul office was closed at 2:30 in the afternoon. I would only recommend this location as it is the only one in Sherwood Park, Alberta.

Sven PHorrible location, a hole in a wall, dark, cave like, and not inviting. It's a strange spot to have a U-Haul business. I'm not impressed. On other hand, I'd like to commend "AMIT" for his lovely and kind demeanor, very patient and understanding, he went over and above, and his customer service was EXCEPTIONAL!! Although I loathe this location, but because of AMIT, if I have to rent another U-Haul, I'll work with AMIT again. He's amazing, and needs a raise. Thank you. Sandie Pincheira
SANDIE PBe more up front about check-in. It sounded like it could be done from your phone which is not the case. Getting the truck took way longer than it should have. We had to go inside and the lights were off and the "office" was in complete darkness so we didn't even realize it was open. We had to put gas in before even leaving the parking lot. The person working there was not friendly.
Landan PEverything was good. The truck had no washer fluid in it do so I had to fill it.
Catherine BOrdered Uhaul month prior to pick up...Got call day before order pickup, changed pick up location...20 miles away and also changed return location...420 kms away(From Naksup to Armstong). Pick up location was difficult to find... back of truck stop with no signage or google location. Unit was dirty... not washed, unit had debris in interior, not clean. Called uhaul for different return location...said I couldnt drop off at closest location(Trail) but had to go an extra 250 km's (Cranbrook)... called the closest location(Trail)... hey no problem, return here...Thank you!! Trail location great...Uhaul 1-888, Not so good....The truck stop pick up location...very skitchy!!
James KThe moving van was as expected and performed very well. I liked the idea that I could park my car on the lot while I used the van.

Mark FWhen I went to pickup my U-haul at the reserved 7:30-AM time slot, the key for the unit was not in the lock box that it was supposed to be in. I then waited until the supposed 8:30-AM opening time for the location, except the employee set to open didn't arrive until closer to 8:50-AM (20 minutes PAST the opening time). Once I finally got my U-Haul keys, the unit was dead empty on fuel (36 miles to empty), and so I had to waste MORE time putting gas into it. I've learned my lesson, NO MORE person-free pickups…

MARVIN C1st truck had a fault on trailer hitch electrical connection; truck replaced. Connecting lead was inoperative and needed to be replaced. Trailer right running light blown. Trailer wiring chuffed causing intermittent failure. Updated contract with new vehicle details not provided. What are you going to do about it? Call me - 780-445-4028. These faults are commercial pre-trip/CVIP failures.

James OTruck had no windshield washer fluid but other than that it was clean and worked well. Location was very basic but I was very happy to have someone there to go over things with. The dolly and moving blankets in the truck were very useful and appreciated.

James OI did mobile check in, however, wanted to use my dads visa to pay instead of the card I booked with. Worker wasn't helpful or friendly in anyway. Just said no, you can't change payment. Rushed me out of the « store » then shut up the store and left. Didn't bother to wait while I was doing check in and stay if I had issues. The truck was very dirty on the exterior, made note of that while checking in and seeing the pictures previously used.
Amber C1 fast action on emergencies call would help customers especially when trucks loaded and on remote areas. 2 have air pump , spare tire, jack in the truck

Kevin WI loaded my things into the 20' truck and left it parked outside. There was a light rain overnight, and apparently the box is no longer waterproof (if it ever was), as I ended up with a soggy mattress and water-filled printer.

Robert RThere was nobody there when I arrived to pick up keys . Phoned the number 2 times with no reply. This was an online order so assistant was aware there was someone coming to collect vehicle. Luckily my daughter saw assistant outside and told him I was waiting for the key . This cut into my hire time by at least 15 minutes. Also had to hire bigger vehicle as there was no vehicle of the correct most popular size available. I did fill vehicle up with gas when done but was charged an additional $60 for going over my mileage. What started out D a $20 hire eventually cost me $100.
Caroline BI arrived when the location opened - to pick up my reserved cargo van. . Had to wait for another employee to bring a set of keys to unlock the key box in order to get the keys to the cargo van. The passenger part of the van was disgustingly dirty. I drove the van 29 km and had to put $12 of gas to fill the tank. This tells me the tank WAS NOT full. Will NEVER rent from this location nor will I recommend it to anyone else. Extremely disappointed!

PHILL MAdvise or have better signage to keep the customer aware of hours of operation. Vehicle return policy if the renter can't do that on their cell phone (no data plan).

Jill LRented a car dolly. Booked ahead using customer service number and that all went well. Went to this location to pick up the dolly and found it covered in mud. In addition, the right side ratchet strap didn't work (we found this out later). I pointed this out to the agent and he had no knowledge of it. I hooked on the the dolly and first had to find a car wash. After washing the whole thing, we found out the ratchet was non functional. I disassembled it as far as I could, lubricated it, and reassembled it correctly. Finally we had a car dolly we could actually use.
