Would have been beneficial to know more easily that there is an after hours key drop when clicking on the business drop off location

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMake sure the truck is road worthy
Nicole AWindows dirty inside & out when I picked unit up in Sherwood Park. Drink spills in/on console. Traction control light flashed intermittently & randomly. Road conditions were clear & dry for the entire trip. Truck otherwise ran fine & performed well.
Angus MTruck was a mess when picked up. Windshield was caked in dirt and smudges, the back had garbage scattered all over and lots of dirt, ended up having to sweep the whole thing out and remove the garbage before loading. Fairly disappointed with the lack of care taken to the equipment and shuffling it onto the customer to deal with.
Marcos T- Reserved dolly only to be told its first come first served and one was not available. Even though there was one present. had to rent more expensive appliance dolly that did not work as i required. - Filled up truck to specified level and used online guide for filling only to be charged additionally saying the level was not where i left it. i have photos indicating level that contradicts their level measurement. Also was contacted roughly 5 different times leading up to my rental trying to change locations on me to ones that are much further away. -never got the truck i wanted and thus needed to make an extra trip which in turn added to my total distance costs. Not impressed whatsoever.
