The whole process was way too time consuming, frustrating and a waste of time! It also was way more expensive than advertised. I wish I had other options

The process takes way too long. I have a corp. account. Even though I do everything with an agent on the phone including a confirmation number it all has to be done again at the pick up location. Often the person at the location is not trained in uhaul rentals. I end up on the phone with another person at a different location using the uhaul app to re-apply for a rental. This took 3 attempts using 3 different links sent to my phone while I was at the location. After 30 minutes we were finally able to scan and send the license pictures. I rent several times a year and this is very frustrating. The people at the location are very nice but need training if they are representing U-Haul. And yes, this does happen almost every time.
DAVID EThe truck smelled like it had deer in the back. Terrible smell. Dirty seats. Whoever checked me out and gave me the keys very professional and clean location.
