I am here to complain that Uhaul and this location did not communicate well. I was told that I could get the uhaul early and wouldn't be charged and not told that I would be charged for going over a particular mileage. Uhaul charged extra for me to drop off at another location (the city I moved to) and then charged for the mileage that it took to get to my destination. Your business practices are so poor. Communication is lacking and you sent countless emails with useless information. Be clear in what the charges are and don't hide them.I will try and find some other service next time. Very dissatisfied.

I rented a truck from this location They charge me twice and wont answer my email to explain to me why they charge me twice . No one did a walk around on the truck everything was done thru phone call and no one did a walk around after i return the truck

Very friendly, fast and easy to work with. I rent from uhaul frequently and this was the first time I didn't have to wait to get help or assistance in receiving my rental.

The gentleman at this location was very kind. He came out after I parked and even came to me to get the keys. He asked if the vehicle was clean and I made sure to tell him the previous driver made a mess and the vehicle had a cigar smell so the next driver didn't have to experience it. I feel bad that such a nice man had to deal with the cleanup. He did definitely help make the experience more pleasant for me at drop off. I hope I am not charged for a clean up fee. I am a very clean person and do t have a lot of spare money. Please don't charge me.

My experience was good w the truck rental and the business where I picked it up from. The guy is always friendly at the convenience store. I did however have an issue w the truck itself. The gas gauge was at under 1/8 of a tank right above the E. I returned it as such. When I did the return through the app it required me to return w a 1/4 tank of gas. I spoke w the convenience store owner and he verified my original picture of the gauge w the returning gauge. I traveled 3 miles each way to costco. Total 6 miles. He sd I should fill it to a 1/4 and contact customer service. I put $30,02 and the gas gauge barely moved to almost under 1/4 tank. Ridiculous. I will be calling customer service on the moment I have time. I have a son w autism so my time is limited and didn't call today.
