I drove 5.9 miles in total but was charged for 20 miles which is not appropriate.

robert bI am here to complain that Uhaul and this location did not communicate well. I was told that I could get the uhaul early and wouldn't be charged and not told that I would be charged for going over a particular mileage. Uhaul charged extra for me to drop off at another location (the city I moved to) and then charged for the mileage that it took to get to my destination. Your business practices are so poor. Communication is lacking and you sent countless emails with useless information. Be clear in what the charges are and don't hide them.I will try and find some other service next time. Very dissatisfied.
