One Saturday I went to pay my bill but the desk attendant had locked the door and left for lunch and when he returned he got rude with my husband when my husband told him we would just make the payment later we were in a time crunch and had he not left the office we could have made the payment other than that the rest of the employees have been superb very courteous and helpful

The advertised 24 hour drop-off was not true. Gate was locked and closed. Spent a total of just over an hour on-hold with 3 different people of U-haul to try and get my drop-off location changed - if I would have dropped it off at a different location I could have been charged 2-3x the rental amount. U-haul does not allow you to change the drop-off location from the website or mobile app. A customer of the storage facility just happened to drive by and let me in.

This was the first time using this location and is not convenient at all. We had to return the uhaul to a different location due to they have a gate that was closed and locked. I did not want to be charged for an additional day of usage. The other location did not want to accept the equipment but finally did after I explained the situation. I am still waiting to hear back from the manager regarding being overcharged for mileage. I took a picture of the beginning mileage and any damage as I always do when renting a uhaul. When I received the final invoice the beginning mileage was 20 miles less than it should have been. I contacted the location and spoke with the manager and sent him a picture of the beginning mileage. He stated that he would look into it and call me back. It is now a month later and I still have not heard anything. Would not recommend this location at all.

I maintained a storage unit for quite a long time Obviously, longer than l had planned, It was however a great experience and I would recommend this facility to anyone that's looking for a rental .It was always accessible I always felt secure and I always felt my property with being taken care of and looked after great place great stàff. Very smooth operation from start to finish. I just moved to a residence with a large storage building and have no need to use your service anymore. It was a pleasure and yes great operation from the first day and even after the last. I certainly recommend Crystal Valley storage for their top knotch management and the ideal location. Dan Gaylor

We ordered the truck for Thomaston, GA, you sent is an hour away to pick up a piece of crap truck. This truck needs tire rotating and especially alignment. It jars, shakes and vibrates. Did I mention we HAD TO DRIVE AN HOUR AWAY TO GET THIS TRUCK!!! Completely unacceptable!

The gentleman that helped me with dropping off the Uhaul was extremely kind, inviting, and hardworking. He was the only one working that day, and although multiple trailer transactions were happening at the same time he handled both customers well and was polite. I did not catch his name, but I hope that he receives commendation for his actions. Great employee!

Reservation location was changed which added mileage that I had to pay for. When I got there the Reservation was showing for Saturday not Friday. I left the truck with more gas than I started with (gas light was on with a range of 30 miles left) and was still charged for 3 gallons. When I returned it on Sunday I did not have a gate code. I used 12345 just to see and miraculously it worked.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful, only complaint was the terrain (hilly) was a bit difficult to manage with a long trailer.

I live in Lexington, Ky and never had a problem with making my payment and the staff was very courteous and professional.

You need to furnish the attendant a lift for the 6x12 trailer. Someone is going to hurt there back trying to lift it off the vehicle. They had a lift at my pickup location that made it easy to connect. Login did a great job getting me disconnected! He was polite and very efficient! He made it easy and fast drop off. He did have trouble lifting the trailer.

Chose this place due to online booking saying it had truck and dolly I needed . The dolly wasn't there was sunt to another location and they didn't have it either waited about 20minutes then they said they had one . The guy quoted me he would cover the extra miles due to that but at the end when I returned the truck the mobile quote tried to charge me for A few miles over and supposedly had extra miles added from seller
