Deithrich J | Expérience généraleOffice staff were hard to find most times. Seems like they were barely there when I needed them, which was during office hours. But they did answer the number and would immediately call back if no answer. I would still recommend anyone plus the staff are really friendly and I’ve been dealing with this storage unit for years.
ROXANNE R | Expérience généraleAll the staff and Managers have been great and provided excellenct xustomer service. As I moved out of state/US and... once they were made aware of the time difference, they were still very accommodating. I'm very grateful.
YAHANA H | Expérience généraleAnytime I needed assistance or there was an issue that needed to be resolved, the customer service was always kind and helpful. They were always available to help me either in person or on the phone, and if they missed my call, it was almost always returned as soon as possible. I would return myself and also recommend this business to family, friends and everything in between. Thank you.
