When I arrived, he was positive and professional. After I returned the van, Cory handled my check-in. Again, an outstanding job and made the renting experience absolutely perfect! Kudos to Cory! If I was to rent again or if it was to be my first time renting, Cory's performance should be the model to follow for every customer interaction at any U-Haul location!

GREG CASTROAgent stated that the old equipment in poor condition was allocated to this location "for local use." Had I known that when I made the reservation, I would have chosen another location with trucks designated for distant moves. I couldn't even get the OK to replace dried out wiper blades! And, when I told the agent (by phone, 400 miles away) that there was a rubbing sound at the RF wheel, I was not offered any suggestion to get it checked out before driving back with a full load. Truck was not clean when picked up. (French fries in cab, litter in cargo area.) Very disappointed!!!
Cliff DemerittI requested and needed a furniture dolly, but it wasn't available at the location and we spent an extra 2 hours contacting U-Haul and then having to drive to another location to pick one up. They waived the charge, but it was a huge inconvenience on an already stressful day.

Mary MacDonaldI rented a 10 foot truck assuming that it had a ramp like all other uhaul trucks, it didn't. So I went back to the dealer and asked for a truck with a ramp and the lady told me that I'd have to close out the 10 foot truck and begin another reservation. I was hoping to get some help in getting into another truck but she was having nothing to do with it. Why couldn't she simply apply what I had paid for already towards another truck? Is this the way that I can expect uhaul to treat me in the future? Terrible customer service. I'll start with Home Depot trucks next time.

Michael OMearaThe U-Haul was dirty, no gas the indicator said 10 miles left. We had damage to a lot of the furniture due to the furniture being stacked on its side. We had the U-Haul movers in Florida and Missouri. We purchased insurance and would like to know how to submit a claim. Merci

However, hidden truck fees such as the 'required' $11 coverage on the van should be clearly explained either in store before getting the vehicle or online when making the reservation. I selected no coverage, immediately reimburse u-haul when making my reservation online. It wasn't until I was in the middle of my short move that I saw the $11 charge on my paper. It wasn't explained beforehand that it was required therefore time was wasted trying to figure that out. I'm sure others would prefer this to be clearly stated as well, nobody likes surprises on a bill or hidden fees/charges.

Carrie EvansWas charged a $10 CDW fee when I checked out. Was not asked if I wanted that insurance which I declined because I have my own CDW insurance. Was told the charge was mandatory which turned out to not be true. Had to call Uhaul customer service to resolve this issue.
Vic ValliRented a 15' truck with pads and 2 dolly's, however, upon arrival none of that was in the truck. Luckily, we were able to manage, but having those would have been nice. Refund was given without issue. Customer service was excellent, just need to ensure rented equipment is provided to the customer.

MICHAEL MOORETell customer about different types of dollys available. We wasted almost 30 min because of dolly confusion, what was out on account to rent , what was presumed available & what was actually available to use. The whole process is much more costly and time consuming than I imagined. Charging for mileage used and gas double whammy. A $29,95 rental became over $100, very costly & not worth in the end.

Robert BarnesALWAYS have the vehicle that was reserved ready to be picked up. We arrived to be told that our vehicle wasn't there as it "had been taken out for maintenance" and "no other vehicle was available". We left for an hour to try to decide how to proceed as this really impacted our plans that we'd driven for an hour to execute. Fortunately the onsite rep was able to get another vehicle albeit with an undesirable delay that caused us issues throughout the rest of the day.

Louis VerdileThe location was terrific after your onliine reservation system changed my location of pickup without notifying me. This is the second time this has happened when booking online with UHaul. I am very disappointed with your online services. Even the person at Compass had difficulty using your reservation system. I highly doubt I will use UHaul online booking system in the future due to the issues I have encountered
Christina ChaseAC was bad and at times non-operational. Wipers bad and would not wipe window. Power steering bad (maybe out). No way a woman could drive this truck. Dangerous. Brakes really bad (maybe out). Dangerous Cab was excessively loud. Beat up beyond evaluation. Truck looked like it has been in demolition derby. Breathing fumes in cab. Windows hard to roll down. Tin on roof torn back which exposed cargo to elements. This truck was dangerous and should have been pulled. It is a rolling lawsuit waiting to happen. The office location and personnel were great however.
