The U-haul app for returning the vehicle was not finding my location. I updated settings in the phone on different web browsers and it still was not working. If they want people to use the app they need to ensure that the app works properly.

The gentleman who ran that location saw me waiting for it to open and I was purchasing some furniture and unbeknownst to him I was on a time schedule. When he saw me waiting he had already arrived and had the office ready to go early even though it was daylight savings time. He let me in and he immediately proceeded to give me all the options like insurance which I opted to get. We were already in the uhaul system so after giving him my license and credit card he completed all the necessary paperwork, printed everything out,to sign which I did. He had me inspect the vehicle before leaving and I was able to complete everything I needed to do in a timely fashion. The location had a plethora of gas stations to refuel what I had used so after refueling I returned the vehicle. After he inspected it as I was leaving I saw him sanitizing the cabin with anti - microbial formula and wipes. He also had a basket of new face masks at the door and a pump bottle of hand sanitizer for customers as they walked in to follow COVID-19 protocol. My rental was a short one but it was excellent, the vehicle was spotless and the gentleman was outstanding and extremely professional.

The mobile pick up process is a little vague, not the fault of the location, something Uhaul needs to address. However, Steven at the location was very friendly and accommodating, he assisted when needed and made everything work.

We returned the vehicle after they closed. We checked the truck in on the phone but it was raining so couldn't take pics. It was way too many questions required checking in. You just need to drop the keys in the box and leave. This location is great, employees very helpful but check in process is too cumbersome.

The location was fine. Everything was good. My problem with you guys as a business is, one of the references I put in apparently had an outstanding balance with you guys and so for that reason I was not able to rent until I took his name off of the reference list. It might be one of the most crazy business models I've seen. Why on earth would I not be able to rent a vehicle based on his outstanding balance? It's like going to dinner and if my kids are with me I'm not able to get a glass of wine because they're under 21. This set me back an hour. I sat on hold for 20 min, I missed an appointment for work and all because of someone else's issue? I'm very confused and quite frankly I think a refund of part of my payment should be considered given the inconvenience you caused me - for something I didn't do.
