Gerald SValentyna at this location was very helpful! The Dodge vans are much better than the Fords. I rent Cargo vans about once per month. I will go to this location to get thr dodge each time.
Lorin Gwhen i picked up truck the engine light was on before the lady at desk gave me truck she was already aware that the engine light was on but still rented the truck to customer, when i went outside i saw light was on, she never mentioned that light was on dash board, i informed her this and she said i akready know but never told customer, i think all equipment shoukd be fixed before renting to customer. thats my only complaint.

EGBEMBAH OThere was little interaction with this location. This whole experience was a disaster. Supplies did not arrive via FedEx until after 1800 on the day of the move and follies never did arrive. This required physically moving box by box and was exhausting and took two to three times longer than it should have. Recommend all supplies be on the truck at time of rental. I was extremely disappointed in the service and honestly will proudly not recommend U-Haul for moving.
ANDREW WI was never told I would be charge a fee and was charged $20 for not filling out a check out when I was told just drop the key and it would be done in the morning, so beware there very expensive

Dana HThe truck was very beat up, inside and out. The steering wheel plastic exterior is disintegrating and pieces came off on my hands. The AC blew HOT air the whole time we had the truck, even with the controls in the off position. As it was mid-90s yesterday, it made for a pretty miserable rental. Cracked driver seat, paint peeling off the floor in the cargo area. REEKED of marijuana when I opened it up at the facility to get into it. A bag of chips had been left in it from a previous rental. You should be ashamed of the condition of this vehicle.

Dorsey KI was initially upset that Alpha Omega, Dallas, GA did not have a Cargo Van available as they are only 1,5 miles from my home in Dallas, GA. I usually deal with Molly (who is a definite Keeper), but she was off the day I called. But Jan immediately found me a Van at Compass Self Storage in Hiram, GA, 8,5 miles further away. I was very pleased with Tom Rauscher, General Manager, who waited on me. He is very knowledgeable, informed me of items I was not aware of, and was a pleasure to meet. He saved me money, which always makes me happy, especially with having to travel extra miles to get the Van. Thank you U-Haul for employing special People like Molly and Tom. Jamar DYour service was very professional. Liked the lady who helped me. I did not have to wait for a long time to be attended to. She was very good. May I request that equipment/trucks be dropped at the nearest U Haul office other than having to return it to the same location I rented from? In my case I had to drive it from this location to Sandy Springs and back. All in all everything was superb.

Todd PI have rented several times from this location. Never had a problem. The fellow in there is always helpful. My recent rental, the uhaul truck with 123,000+ miles, had physical damage in several places, the drivers seat torn badly and it was mechanically unsafe. It made a loud metal clanking noise, not all the time but some, especially when I turned the wheel. I kept getting out to see if I had ran over something. But I hadnt; A man was near the truck when it happenedd and said maybe it was th U-joint and it sounded like it was about to go. I tried calling whatever 800 # i saw in the truck to report it but it was a claims dept so I hung up. when i returned the truck the next day the same female rep I'd rented from, was there to check back in. When I told her of the mechanical concern, she stated soomething to the effect "Well we just got it out of the shop from a lot of repair, so it should be good." I explained it didnt feel safe and I had kids in there for trick or treating. I put hay stacks in the back w blankets and my grankids and parents get in and i roll slowly to the houses in their s/d. have for years. When I told her this she focused on the fact that I should not have done that. If she would have known she would not have rented it. 1st, I did not know that, 2nd the purpose of my taking the time to relay this information to her was to prevent the truck from being rented out again before proper repair. She minimized my complaint and made me feel like I was not even tellling the truth, ( doubting or challenging me on the condition of the truck). All she needed to say was, " Im very sorry. TU for bringing it to our attention and we will have it looked at closer" anything like that would have been more appropiate. TU
rona sThere was no spare on the van I was driving and had a flat tire at work, I called the road side assistance for Uhaul, told them there was no spare, and when the guy showed up, he also did not have a spare tire and wheel. Fortunately I was at work anyways when the flat happened, but I could have been on the side of the interstate or some where dangerous. This being said, everything else was beyond great. The people at Compass Self Storage are more than accommodating when I need to extend my rentals
ELLIOTT HThe left rear tire was worn and leaking. I spent more time and money keeping it filled than I did using the rental for what I needed it for.
