The women are very rude and non helpful and lazy
ANGELA MI rented a cargo van from this location because it was closer to my home. The customer service at this location was great but the van was absolutely filthy!!! It was the only one left and I didn’t have time to address the issue with the ladies at the desk. There was two half consumed water bottles and a tube of arthitis cream in the cup holder. The entire cab from the steering wheel, start button, instrument panel, seatbelt and floor was sticky and dirty. I wiped down most contact areas twice with disinfectant. wipes but it still had a layer of dirt and grime. They obviously do not inspect or clean the rentals. I will not rent from this location again.I will continue to rent from the main U-Haul location where they maintain their equipment.
