disappointed uhaul charged $25 00 for gas when we drop off with the same amount of gas when we picked up the vehicle

JUSTIN MNothing with the location of the people working at this location. They went out of their way to help me even with it being a holiday weekend.
Chuck DWere not open during posted hours. Had to come back to turn truck in. When showing up second time, they did not inspect truck and fuel level, stating they would get to it later in the day. I should have insisted as there was a dispute on fuel level at turn in versus pickup and I ended up being charged when I should not have. Lesson learned for me.
Scott DShe needs more equipments (trucks and trailer). That a great location right on the main highway from Conneaut Lake, Pa. to Meadville, Pa.

Herm HOriginal trailer wheels worn and had split tread. Lucky for us we caught in time or for sure would have an accident. we did get a replacement trailer in good condition

Herman KWell you can actually let me pick it up wherever I ordered it from. Changed the location requested on me three times from the day I ordered it. Had to go an additional 20 miles out of my way to eventually get it, or not get it at all

Left hanging not a pleasant exsperiance at all had to leave several items behind because we were misinformed of everything we are not happy one day moving ended up being a 3 day nightmare thanks to u haul we will not be using the service again

RONALD AAlthough this is a small location and staffed by a single person, she was super helpful and efficient. Being able to do on-line check in before I arrived streamlined the process.
Alyssa FD,J was a far more greater experience than just renting a truck, after we returned our U-hual we enjoyed the thrift shop that was available for customers to browse, the customer service was excellent and the thrift shop was a walk down memory lane !!!

ALLISON Conly 2 things we would say is we were told our trailer could be picked up there. Day before pick up we got a call that they didn't have one and we were going to have to drive a half hour out of our way to get one. I complained and they got trailer to our pick up place. So I would say let customers know where exactly they will be getting trailer. Also let them know what the wiring hookup is for lights. We were not told and husband had to go home to get correct one needed.

Charles SReturned this in an open lot on the 27th of May. Lady at Dillinger's stated that she would go back to office and would email me my receipt. A few days later, I did get an email, but it was I returned the trailer at 9:00am on May 29 -- again, I returned this around 2:00p.m. the same day that I rented it.
Terrence Hn/a Paula went above and beyond to make my experience easy. She also worked with PURPOSE so I could keep my busy schedule. I will most definitely recommend her to others!

Tabetha RMake sure that all the employees that contact you send you to the correct pickup facility and not two different people contact you and send you to two different pickup locations.
Mark BI was scheduled to pick my uhaul up at 10am and didn't get in the truck to leave until 2hrs later.. That's the first ridiculous part. Second the lady at the place messed up something and my card kept declining so I had to walk to an atm to pay in cash and that cost me an additional 100 dollars down that I won't see back for a couple of weeks if ever. The lady running the place didn't care in the least and could have offered something as simple as some money off but I got nothing.. Except rained on while moving cause she put me 2 hours behind.. Most awful experience ever and I will make sure everyone moving knows not to go through Dillengers in Conneaut lake
MICHAEL WThe truck air conditioning did not work The truck brakes squealed bad The gas tank has a hole in the top splashing gas out. Did not notice this until I was backing up in the driveway.

Jeff BIt was all okay and much hard work was put into finding out how we could move our piano, but it took a very long time to get things done. For instance when I went up there to rent the trailer it took over an hour and when I came back the next day I was still there for another hour. When you are in a rush this is not good. Other than that it was great!
