The location and pickup was excellent. However, I had an issue with the equipment. The trailer I rented was used for a Pennsylvania to Florida move. I had noticed a slight vibration when I picked up the trailer, but wrote it off to being that it was an empty trailer and those tend to bounce a bit. However, halfway through the trip the vibration became crazy violent. I pulled off into a rest stop and saw that the passenger tire was bare to the point where the cords were showing through and the tire could fail at any time. Tire was bias ply and not a radial. The shaking was so bad that it the bouncing damaged several items in the trailer, even though they were well packed. The tire was obviously badly worn as I'd only traveled about 500 miles when the problem occurred. Had to call roadside assistance to come change the tire. I guess ultimately the fault is mine for not closely inspecting the trailer when I picked it up, but a tire that badly worn should have been caught if any sort of inspection is done on the equipment between rentals. Live and learn .

Initial CSR was inept. Probably good at cleaning trucks, but not good on computer at all. Manager was excellent! Cleared up billing issue immedíately!
James SI completed reservation and check in on the UHaul app. The staff at this location FORGOT to put the key in the truck! My reservation was for 9:00 am. I had to wait for the store to open at 10 am. The service rep couldn't find the key. I FOUND IT MYSELF ON HER BULLETIN BOARD! Then, even though I was already checked in, she insisted on calling someone to verify my reservation. Except the UHaul system was down so couldn't. I finally just left with the truck at 10:30. THAT'S AN HOUR AND A HALF PAST MY RESERVATION TIME! I HAD MOVERS AT MY HOUSE WAITING TO LOAD THAT TRUCK! I would not recommend this location to anyone. In fact, I think it should be shut down!
