I called the location ti make sure it showed the truck was checked in and the lady was not very polite in assisting me. I should not have been charged for an extra day when truck was returned on time.

Even though I had reserved the trailer previously through a phone call, Joe stated he needed the trailer back by 200pm because it was going back out at 400pm. Rather than argue, the trailer was to be used through the day, trailer was dropped off by 200pm. Mike the person that helped attach the trailer was very personable.

hans kaufmannWindshield was full of bug splatter. Reservation was moved to this location because original place didn't have the equipment needed, however neither did this location. Had to go to a separate store for furniture pads.
Rhonda SotoThis location was to be 24hr return service per web. a specific trip was made after a 3 hour trip to return the trailer. upon arrival, it was discovered the facility was closed, gates were locked, there was no place to leave the trailer due to limited space in entry drive. there was no contact number for after hours or closed hours to drop trailer. required second trip the next day to return the trailer. time, gas and inconvenience. we chose the spot as specifically stated on your web page that it was a 24 hour return location.

Cody WolfThe truck cab and windows were dirty. Transmission made sounds over 60 mph. Truck had 126 000 miles. Maybe not the best choice for a 1700 mile drive. Trailer instructions were short. Had to load my own vehicle.

Lino MelchorI did the online self-checkin. The pictures it had for the vehicle were fuzzy and hard to see but they didn't appear to include the damage I saw (and uploaded photos of). Not just minor scratches but big long scratches and sagging skirting.

Susan JesonisHad after hours location was locked and I could not get ahold of anyone at the location. I called three times to customer service. Twice was hung up on. Finally spoke to a manager Rebecca who was sweet as pie and very helpful. There was nothing she could do but move the drop off location to a hour south of me. I had to rent a parking spot overnight in order to return to this location.

KEVIN AMSDELLThe first car dolly we got had a broken ratchet handle so they had a tow truck come pick that one up. They then sent me to another uhaul dealer 25 miles away for a different car dolly. I picked that one up and it had a flat tire so they aired it up. I went home and loaded my car onto it and took off for my move out of state. I got 6 miles from home and noticed the same tire was flat again so I called roadside assistance AGAIN. They sent out a tech to change the tire after waiting for 2 hours for him to show up. The customer service people were very helpful and understanding but the equipment and dealers for this trip were very sub-standard. I would NOT recommend either dealers I had to deal with.

Inita Baxterused for storage only ,total of 12 miles ,pick up and take back same charge even if it went 500 mi used because clean and can secure. UHAUL should charge less for that use or have equipment for storage use But UHAUL has been good for all of my uses
