Drop off location was not open when I dropped off and the app did not work. I called two separate phone numbers and used the drop box. I can not comment as to this location due to it being closed.

Overall it was a horrible experience from the time it took us 20 minutes to get the U-Haul and discovering the keys was in the truck and not locked up as I was expecting to receive a code to get keys. The U-Haul app is totally useless was unable to access to return the U-Haul via the app wouldn't work. Thank goodness the tire shop owner Ray was in building to take the keys and photo. Called the retailer Michael at the number he left me and never responded. I would never recommend U-Haul or this retailer to anyone. Very bad experience

They went over and above with helping getting the trailer hooked up to my truck. Pleasant, professional and went out of their way to accommodate me. Thank You Guys. It was a great experience. Will definitely utilize this Uhaul place again.

There's no light so dropping off at night is a real challenge, especially maneuvering such a large truck into place. That's really not cool. I would not recommend this location to anyone else.

First time renting a trailer, the two gentlemen that helped us hitch it to our truck could not have been kinder or more helpful - just a great experience! We will definitely be back to rent again for our daughter's upcoming move!

You need to fix the door on the trailer very hard to open it also wire to the lights need to be replaced was recently taped..

The gentleman that I spoke with on the phone was a blessing as he helped & walked me through the whole process of renting the Uhaul. I would highly recommend them.

I'm shocked at the final pricing - I really had no idea it would be $150 for a 24 hour rental. This is my fault I should have asked to have all charges clarified in advance, but next time I'll choose an Enterprise minivan. That said, this location is wonderful and offers great service.

The equipment needs a lift jack. Trailer is too heavy for lift from hitch for 1 person.

Great service, great folks, great UHaul experience. Highly recommend this location for anyone renting in the Hudson Valley. Fast, efficient and super friendly service. Owner Michael is an awesome guy and runs an A+ operation. 5 ⭐️s!

I went to drop off my trailer and nobody there. I had to call to tell the man I was dropping it off and then had to unhook it myself.

i got told truck would be available at above location. It somehow got transferred to the corporate location 30 miles away. Being a former rental agent i knew this is what corporate does. Wrong. the bread and butter of the business is convenience. stop trying to take the business from the little guys

I asked for a location that had desk personnel to scan my ID and help me check out (as the UHaul web site would not upload my ID after several tries). My pick up time was at 8am. The guy showed up 10 mins late. He could not scan my ID. There was a 15 min delay on that. The truck was fine. The service was poor, and it wasn't his fault. UHaul should enable their personnel to use the old paper (non-digital) methods when digital systems are not working.

Older trailer but worked great! I picked up later in the evening but called the number a few minutes later someone came by to help! Very helpful guy who gave me pointers since it was my first time with a trailer.

Overall experience was excellent. The guy Michael who runs the Uhaul was incredibly helpful and a super nice guy. Truck very clean. Easy pick up and drop off. 100 % recommend this location
