Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt was U-haul perfection…no room for improvement.
Gregg BHad to drive 60 miles round trip to pick up. I had no choice on location. No one was at location even though posted hours said "open". Local calls unanswered , had to call U-Haul directly. Lock box out of reach. Had to find a bench to stand on. Lock box rusted and difficult to open.
GAIL GThere is no way the rentsl location would have known this, but the cab leaks in heavy rain. We had water dripping in between the cab and the box. The pickup location staff were awesome. Personable, polite, and super customer focused. I wouldn't hesitate renting again from them!
Todd TI am only giving an EXCELLENT SCORE to this Location BECAUSE of the Awesome ,Polite , Helpful Owner/ Dealer. ..... SUCH A NICE GUY !!!! .... generally Other locations, Uhaul experience hasn't been that good , ....
