RAMI TSame comment as always - start every vehicle with a FULL TANK OF FUEL. That makes it easy to replace exactly what you used. Otherwise, you're going to end up replacing more than you used since you can't measure exactly. Every rental car uses this, but U-Haul stubbornly refuses.

ANDREW PThis was the most efficient service I've ever received at a U-Haul rental place ever. My husband and I actually joked about our first experience and what a disaster that was compared how easy this time was. The staff was also personable and helped us out even though I selected virtual pickup.
THOMAS Qstop charging for individual Tolls and individual Toll service fees. The rental car companies gets it Uhaul can if they want to. this is the one and only thing I HATE about UHAUL

ELDHO RThe issue I had is not with this location. I had a trailer reserved for Saturday morning and 10 min prior I received a call saying the trailer was no longer and option. I had to spend a lot more to get a 10ft truck. Next time I will go with Penske.

Darlene WThe location was great. There was an empty can of Pringles in the cab with some potato crisps on the floor - we took care of that easily. But the self check-in/check-out procedure is onerous. It's MUCH easier to go in and talk to the counter agent. And it takes a lot less time. I've used this half a dozen times. Never again.

Place was kept up nicely. I would absolutely recommend them and will be calling them when I move again in a few months! Thank you for everything! Angela AJust two points to serve as an improvement of services. The parking space upon check-out was too small for the rental vehicle. There were only 6 furniture pads, not 12.
Marcello ZThe price I was quoted and the price that I paid was not the same in fact I believe I was ripped off I've been doing business with U-Haul for over 20 years now and I'm accustomed to pay $100 deposit with you all so I'm not understanding how I was charged more money when I extended the vehicle and returned it full but yet the gentleman tried to say I was a gallon short that was very inconsiderate and like whoa they're in the business of taking money from people who are trying to make money the van was even infested with roaches and he tried to accuse me I had to let the man know that I did not use the truck for moving purposes I clearly just used the truck to go to work which means I only took my purse and maybe my lunch cooler out the house
