Just two points to serve as an improvement of services. The parking space upon check-out was too small for the rental vehicle. There were only 6 furniture pads, not 12.

The price I was quoted and the price that I paid was not the same in fact I believe I was ripped off I've been doing business with U-Haul for over 20 years now and I'm accustomed to pay $100 deposit with you all so I'm not understanding how I was charged more money when I extended the vehicle and returned it full but yet the gentleman tried to say I was a gallon short that was very inconsiderate and like whoa they're in the business of taking money from people who are trying to make money the van was even infested with roaches and he tried to accuse me I had to let the man know that I did not use the truck for moving purposes I clearly just used the truck to go to work which means I only took my purse and maybe my lunch cooler out the house
