Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisLocation was great but my reservation through the app and phone number with Uhaul went absolutely terrible I wouldn’t recommend Uhaul to anybody because of that- but as of this location, I love them. I currently use storage at this location- it is beautiful.
WILLIAM CThe truck ran rough on the highways when the speed limit was 65 - 70 mph. When I received the truck, it was raining. The windshield wiper on the driver side was not installed properly. When I entered the highway, it came loose and I could not see due to the heavy rains. Fortunately, I was able to pull off the highway into a safe area. I was able to install it properly after getting soaked which allowed me to continue my day of furniture deliveries. However, if your client was not as understanding, forgiving with the ability to correct the problem, you could have had a bigger issue.
ROBERT SExperience was great. We decided to buy a large item in Costco and looked for the closest U-Haul. This location was close by. We called they had a van. Experience was easy, everything was explained. Smooth, easy transaction. Would use and recommend this location again.
Franklin GThe truck had low battery. Went to get last load and the U-Haul didn’t start back up. Had to call roadside assistance at 2 am to jump start it.
