Be more accurate on the MILEAGE on the vehicle. I picked up the vehicle at 133137, and dropped it off at 133244, but am being charged for mileage from 133099 to 133244. I guess its my fault for not reading the contract an putting an app on my phone and uploading pictures of the odometer/gas before and after. I think that's a fault of Uhaul overall. Most people who use Uhaul do it once, so why require an app?

Tammy Rodriguezit's a smaller place, for some reason, they don't want you there. I had a terrible experience at this u-haul rental. Lady worked at the counter was rude and unhelpful, this lady is the worst I have come across by far. I would not recommend this place to anyone..

Kirk KeltonWhile the lady at the location was very pleasant and the trailer was clean... it leaked water and the whole reason we rented an ENCLOSED trailer was to keep items dry. As it is our son and new daughter in law are newlyweds with a wet mattress ... we explained to them how to use fans to try and dry it off but we arent certain it will work with no mold or bacteria.

Jose LopezThey charged me for fuel after I put back what we used. The lady told me to put it back to 1/4 tank and did plus a little. I got charged over $25 for them to fill it. I've called several times but all I get is answering machine and the in box is full. Very poor service. and I only used 8 miles.

LESS WoodruffThe lady behind the counter seemed unorganized, unfriendly and not all there mentally (not a people person). She was by herself and put her shoes on when she came outside to help with the trailer. I returned the Uhaul on Saturday and received a notice a few days later wondering if I was going to keep the trailer longer. I was charged twice for the same rental!!

DANIEL ADAMSPut $8 insurance on my trailer when I said no. Won't refund me. When I dropped it off, she stopped during the decoupling and said asked if I could do it. Said she was having a day and just walked off. Didn't check me out, didn't confirm drop off, nothing. And then charged me for insurance I didn't want.
ANDY DOFirst off, the owner of the location wasn't even at the office at the time of the reservation. We made numerous calls to multiple U-Haul numbers, almost all of which went to voicemail. We ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes past our reservation time with no information on where the owner was or if there even was an owner. Once she showed up late, she was extremely unprofessional, explaining that all of her phones were uncharged hence why she hadn't responded. She went through the paperwork and mumbled the things we were supposed to be informed of. We eventually got everything figured out and walked out to the truck. Upon inspection, we noticed pieces of rotten fried chicken in the truck bed and some of the bones. On top of all of this, we were charged an extra $20 for returning it after 7 PM which would have been nice to have been told. The whole experience was ridiculous. I would not recommend this location, or even U-Haul, ever.

No only did he ensure I got the unit I needed, but made more than one phone call to ensure everything was handled correctly. Moving is stressful, but the positive attitude and care I received made it an easy process. Customer for life!!!!
Kristiana BallThe 2 wheeler was old, rusty and hard to maneuver. Waste of money. Ended up not using either dolly. The truck was the worst I have ever driven from any company. The steering column felt like it was going to come apart. The whole truck sounded like it was going to fall apart. It was clean though.
Bridget AcevedoLocation was hard to get to with little to no direction, address takes you to a completely different parking lot. The truck we rented was showing a "Service Airbag" message the entire time we had the rental and when we told the attendant she was immediately dismissive and was bothered that we even asked at all. It wouldnt show us the mileage the entire time we were driving so we dont know if we were over charged for mileage or not. The attendant was rude and seemed to be dealing with personal matters while at work. She was on a personal phone call when we arrived and we had to wait 10 minutes just to get the keys after we completed pre-check in.

GARY ALAN HUNTERThe phone representative set my pick up time for 4:15. I arrived 15 minutes late due to being provided an inaccurate address. The staff was weary and only seemed interested in getting the other customer and myself out of there so they could go home. Additionally, personally I hate U-Haul's attempt(s) at forcing me to use the app. The mobile interface for all parts of the rental process was almost impossible to navigate or use. Credit is due to the staff of this location however for customer service in upgrading my rental without a price change when apparently a credit card MUST be provided for a tiny truck but not a giant box truck. Can a U-Haul representative please explain to me this apparent insanity?

Jonathan Castrothe first trailer was in bad condition. It needs to be retired. Second trailer was much better and we had no issues with it. the Manager was nice and friendly. Hel help a lot with getting the equipment connected. Good job.
Dean SummersWhen filling truck with gas after the move, the gauge was stuck and I ended up filling the tank instead of what was needed per contract. It was frustrating to spend another $62 because of a malfunction with the truck's gas gauge.

Timothy StilesI was actually kind of forced to use this U-haul location after the bigger site with usually a great selection of vehicles close to my house changed my reservation the night before pick-up. I had to drive 10 miles the wrong direction and an hour later pick-up time than I wanted. I was a bit tense when I went to get the trailer, but the owner was kind and personal and made my rental experience enjoyable. There is something very positive to be said about these little one person rental sites with no lines and small inventory. It's like borrowing a vehicle from a cousin...
Pete BunivaThe employee stated she did not work for Uhaul, but the storage place across the street. The office was a hoarders nightmare with cat food and hair everywhere. She stated that we arrived 7 minutes late so we would need to wait on her because she needed to finish a school project for her daughter. We waited about 35 minutes before service. The Uhaul we went to was the U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer on 6277 I-35E, Corinth, TX 76210.

debbie holmesThe lady working had the nerve to call me (I was 15 min late, my fault) and gripe at me for not calling her and telling her, because she could have left and gotten coffee before she came in to work. She then feels the need to make some quip to me about the time because I glanced at my watch. It's a smart watch. It's called a text message. It was from U-Haul to make it better. She had no level of professionalism to any part of the transaction. I am a frequent U-Haul customer for trailer rentals, and this lady is the worst I have come across by far.

CARL SKINNERThe last was very annoyed I was there to pickup the U-Haul. I was set to get it at 2 and showed up at 1:30 and the doors were locked. I called and she was at lunch and said she didn't expect me until 2. When she got there she was rude and annoyed. I called this out and she continued to say things well I'm sorry you feel that way because I was taking a lunch which I'm allowed to do. She patronized me but saying this a couple times. If I rent here again I'll do mobile pickup.
William HarnedI asked a supervisor to call me as the truck had 2 flat tires within 300km of starting the trip. Nobody called me which was very disappointing Can I please have a supervisor or somebody call as I want a refund on the tires I paid for.

The facility was well cared for, staff was always great, billing via auto draft was good with monthly communication as to when the draft would take place. All was good. We are elderly and have reached the time when we need to downsize and relinquish things we though we needed to save, thus the reason for our leaving Corinth Mini Storage good service.
