LESS W.The lady behind the counter seemed unorganized, unfriendly and not all there mentally (not a people person). She was by herself and put her shoes on when she came outside to help with the trailer. I returned the Uhaul on Saturday and received a notice a few days later wondering if I was going to keep the trailer longer. I was charged twice for the same rental!!
