Very unorganized
Pamela M"Back room" set me back, but real issue is lack of furniture pads (ZERO available) packing paper (ZERO available) and the fact I was told "The truck should be here is no one else rents it" , even with a reservation was verging on unacceptable. After loading and driving 119 miles into a head/cross wind at 61 mph average fuel consumption went up from 6,9 to 7,8 mpg which I felt was as expected.
Eric RI did not drop off at this location. I dropped off at the same location I picked up.

WILLIAM BU haul leaked and it was raining so hard we couldn’t see to get to destination to drop off so we had drop off at location 20 miles away and got charged 72 penalty and I asked for a dolly didn’t get it and I didn’t charge them but they sure charge u for any little thing.
