Come to find out the wiring harness for the lights was never hooked up due to no plug, just wires. I was driving down the road with my wife following and she called to let me know the trailer didn't have lights.
JOSHUA ANeed better signage. Was difficult to see that it was a U-Haul dealership
SUSAN AI reserved 2 26’ Uhauls to move across Texas. They canceled my reservation. I called. Got a 26’ and 20’ confirmation instead. Went to pick up and only had 1 20’. I had to settle for 2 20’ and 2 5x8. Realizing the trailers were too little, I returned 1 and picked up 6x12. I still couldn’t fit everything in and had to leave stuff behind for free. Then I received an email for a free storage building for 1 month. The first month is prorated and 2nd month is free. Then realized the 5x8 returned at the pickup location wasn’t scanned in as received. If it could’ve gone wrong, it did.
JAMES RCornell’s was supper easy to drop off the trailer and were very cordial. Be sure to fully read the above comment for my opinion on the rental reservation debacle.
