Make sure you have the trailer where it was originally supposed to be picked up. I will not be recommending anyone use U-Haul. I have had the worst experience with you guys.

Michael HScott was great. UHaul had tried to switch the drop off location to an HOUR further away, but Scott took the time to honor the contract- which meant he took 20 minutes or more to get the system to book it on. I'm the meantime we were able to shop his hardware store for some needed new-house items.

joe dI was traveling from Coulee Dam Washington to Manson Washington when i had entered Chelan Washington the check engine light did come on. It did not feel like the Uhaul did not run ugly or rough so i continued till i returned it to its destination at Grand Coulee Washington.

Gerald PThis place was a small operation, but I have never met a better manager at customer service! He jumped right on it, didn't make me wait around, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I have to say this was my best ever experience at a Uhaul. I had to drive 125 miles to drop the trailer off because the closest store had closed for Labor Day weekend. I'd actually drive 125 miles to this location at Coulee Hardware to rent another UHaul trailer. He was that good!

Kimberly PMy problem is it's cheaper to use a card than pay cash. But the trailers I have rented are in decent shape. Not sure what rental your asking about.The garage door style sucked.It opened twice without strapping the handle closed.The barn doors one was excellent.

John WYou sent me a survey about a dropoff location from which corporate ATTEMPTED to divert us, while we were on the road using the equipment no less. The NEW location was 50 miles away from our destination, whereas Grand Coulee was one mile from our destination. This was beyond unacceptable. It was downright rude to expect us to pay for the gasoline to drive 98 miles out of our way, without being compensated for our time. The guys at Grand Coulee were very helpful in rectifying that situation.

Martin WI had reserved a truck almost a month before I picked it up. The nearest vehicle was in Grand Coulee, WA.! We were in Spokane Valley, WA. That was 194,8 miles roundtrip. We were charged for being 18 miles over our limit. I feel since we had to make a 2 hr trip to pick up that truck, then take it back to our location, that money should be refunded,as the extra miles were not our fault.
Debbie KWe had to drive 150 miles out of our way round trip because uhaul did not have our reservation in the Spokane area even after online check in. No one from uhaul called me to confirm and if I had not called? I would have not had a truck at all. NOT HAPPY about that. Almost didn't make it there before closing.

IAN SJust wondering why I got charged when I picked up the trailer and then charged for dropping it off. Seems a bit much don't you think? Total $144.70, I don't think I'll use U-Haul again if I'm going to be double charged. I am not happy nor am I satisfied with my experience with U-Haul.

I have been in the rental business for many years and uhauls inability to care has hit a ultimate hi .here my problem i move 2x a year i've used uhaul 4times in 11 months for cross country moves i had to drive 4,5 hours across mountains to get a trailer i had schedule in advance . your excuse is no long haul available ...so its the customer expense to travel and pic up .so i had to travel from seattle to alabama but first i had to drive 8 hours round trip just to start my move ...yes im one person but i will start checking for other option not to mention i was over charged and the stuff i ordered wa unavailable .

I called the location to see what was available and got a smaller truck which worked ok but it wasn't big enough so we had to take another trip.

clyde aLet them know earlier that you are not going to honor their requested equipment. What happened to your customer service? During marking years when I was moving every other year they always made sure that my requested equipment was there. Not call two days before the move and tell me they couldn't honor my request It would also be helpful if in the information you send telling me to call the location to confirm that you provided the correct phone number. All in all the people at the location, especially Fred, where very helpful.
Monty FFred was very helpful, pleasant and professional. He was quick to check me in and I appreciated how easily he unscrambled a mixup I made since I had rented two trucks needing to be retired to two destinations.
