What is missing here is ‘rate the 800 operators you talked to’! I made a reservation for this truck 2-3 months in advance for a 9 am pickup. I was called 2 days before and told it would not be available until noon as they rented it to someone. THIS is bullshit!, completely unsatisfactory service! I had driven 6 hours day before and had help lined up to start at 9. So, I had to pay them even though work was not started until noon. DO YOU GET HOW THIS IS A PROBLEM FOR CUSTOMERS???
Christine CI had to work with the rental site several times to get the rental reservation correct. They kept putting the return date on the wrong day. Then I was charged for more milage than I actually drove. Working with Uhaul is a royal pain.
