This location was in a liquor store. The personnel seem to be busy stocking shelves and just looked at my paperwork and said they would send me the final receipt. They did not even come out to see what I was returning. After three days I had still not received my final receipt and called customer service to complain. I was told that the district manager would look into this and I would hear from him. I never heard from him, and I finally receive the receipt Seven days after returning the equipment.

Nothing everything was great for me. This location was easy to find on Main Street

The online checkout process did not always work as it was supposed to. That made things run a little slower but I would still use Uhaul again.

It wasn't the fault of this location, but the 26' truck badly needed an alignment. It made driving a 6 hour trip practically a nightmare. I had to keep a constant pull of the steering wheel to the left about 45°.

truck mirror on driver side was loose and had to be repositioned very frequently which was dangerous .windshield wiper blades squeeked unless heavy rain was coming down.

This location conducted business out of a liquor store, and the woman employee has no idea of how to receive or rent equipment. This is my second transaction at this store, and I will not return. The woman had to call the owner, who has to work computer from a remote location, has nobody to assist with hookup or disconnect. Very poorly run operation. Auto transport was parked with another vehicle partially blocking it, making it very difficult and dangerous to hookup and pull away. The key to the blocking vehicle was not available for ti to be moved. I refuse to accept this as my next pickup/dropoff location.

When I booked my equipment, it was at another location. I received at call from Uhaul prior to my pick up date and was told that my pickup location had changed due to my original location not having the equipment available. This new pickup location only had the truck and moving blankets. They did not have an appliance dolly, that I had reserved. This due to the last minute nature of this, I had to go purchase one from a local store. Also, the windshield wiper were in desperate need to changing and I found this out during my 12hr drive.

No one was there despite hours on the door

The representative was not expecting me when I arrived, he was in flip flops and sleep clothes. Then he made me hook up the trailer to the the truck because he didn't know how to do it. He called a VERY old man to help assist with the hook up, the old man was so old he looked like Nasfratu lol. While the 2000 yr old man and I was hooking up the chains and everything to the truck the UHaul rep was watching tik tok videos on his cell phone. He was very unprofessional and didn't have a clue about anything that had to do with UHaul. Not to mention after calling for many days, I could not get a pick up location any closer than an hour away, even when I live on a military installation in the middle of a very large city with several UHaul locations. This was extremely inconvenient.

Waited 20 minutes before the guy ever called accept set up my reservations because the employee there knew nothing about it.

Great owners/customer service, truck was spotless, well maintained the nicest truck I have rented from a U-Haul location. Was worth my 30 minute drive from Cross Plains, top notch service

This location was great but U-Haul has a company gave us a run for our money as we went to 3 other locations first.
