Better lighting in rental area
Tederick BI was charged for blankets that I never received because the U-Haul facility did not have any. They offered no refund.
christopher hThis location was in a liquor store. The personnel seem to be busy stocking shelves and just looked at my paperwork and said they would send me the final receipt. They did not even come out to see what I was returning. After three days I had still not received my final receipt and called customer service to complain. I was told that the district manager would look into this and I would hear from him. I never heard from him, and I finally receive the receipt Seven days after returning the equipment.
