This location was in a liquor store. The personnel seem to be busy stocking shelves and just looked at my paperwork and said they would send me the final receipt. They did not even come out to see what I was returning. After three days I had still not received my final receipt and called customer service to complain. I was told that the district manager would look into this and I would hear from him. I never heard from him, and I finally receive the receipt Seven days after returning the equipment.

Nothing everything was great for me. This location was easy to find on Main Street
Shane SThe online checkout process did not always work as it was supposed to. That made things run a little slower but I would still use Uhaul again.
James BIt wasn’t the fault of this location, but the 26’ truck badly needed an alignment. It made driving a 6 hour trip practically a nightmare. I had to keep a constant pull of the steering wheel to the left about 45°.
Stephen Rtruck mirror on driver side was loose and had to be repositioned very frequently which was dangerous .windshield wiper blades squeeked unless heavy rain was coming down.
