Information on location of 4-ways needed at start of trip ticket.
Louis SI believe I was overcharged for total mileage. I prepaid for 130 miles. I was encouraged to do so by the attendant when I picked up the truck. I did go well over my prepaid mileage; but was then charged for the total mileage when I dropped off the truck. I don't believe my total is correct. I was extremely tired when I dropped off the truck, so I didn't look at my receipt until later in the evening.

ANTHONY FThe ride was extremely bumpy my 2 curio cabinets valued at $1600 were damaged. The glass door on 1 of them shattered and I will not be able to replace. The other had damaged mirror that will be expensive to replace.

Eric SMy card was billed for 2 other Transactions NOT authorized by me I was told when calling U-Haul that a Mariah Linsey(I don't know if spelling is correct) got a rental pf some sort from this location and I was billed 239 and chnge on the 21st, and 120 something TODAY at a different location. I called your HQ and Jessica Manager on duty was NO help just told me to call Discover and dispute which I did. I DID NOT HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!

Ronnie SCab of truck was dirty with pet hair. It had a check engine light on and the advance tract was not working.
Lacy HNo issues other than that I reserved the truck on Saturday evening before 8pm and at 8am Sunday the next day the truck still showed unavailable (not at location) despite physically being there and so it required quite a bit of chat/phone support to get the store to be able to see my reservation and rent the truck. Scheduling manager unavailability that evening and early morning caused this delay and it would be nice if there could be 24/7 coverage to alleviate this problem.

Todd PPiss poor from start to finish salesman over the phone that helped me do my reservation assured me that the 10 foot truck ramp ramp on it which I did not I got home with the truck found out there was no ramp at the drive back after sitting on hold with U-Haul for upwards of 50 minutes just so that way I can figure out what to do with the truck and if I could get a refund on it just to get back to the location

Brodie WNo one was available to return the truck at the location and they suggested I bring it back the next day. I told them that wasn't an option. I just dropped off the keys and paperwork in hopes everything is taken care of. This is mainly due to issues with Covid
