It took the facility that we were renting from almost a hour to complete the paperwork. Your affiliates need better tech-support, and perhaps better training. This is not a slam on the girl who helped us. She was professional and kind. The system was not working for her and when she called for support, she had to leave a voicemail. The person she called never called her back. One of the tires on our trailer had steel chords coming through it. We had to wait for someone to come and replace the tire. Other suggestions might be to put cruise control in your trucks. More comfortable seats and perhaps XM or a way to hook up an auxiliary device would make long trips more tolerable.

County MInformation on location of 4-ways needed at start of trip ticket.
Louis SI believe I was overcharged for total mileage. I prepaid for 130 miles. I was encouraged to do so by the attendant when I picked up the truck. I did go well over my prepaid mileage; but was then charged for the total mileage when I dropped off the truck. I don’t believe my total is correct. I was extremely tired when I dropped off the truck, so I didn’t look at my receipt until later in the evening.
