Only the location, I had a few other issues that still have not been resolved. I was quoted 691 on the phone, when I picked the truck up it was 753. I sent an email as soon as I returned home and still have not got an answer as to why I was quoted one base price and then charged another.

Not make the return in a different city, when there were at least 6 located very close in Quincy Il. The one I selected earlier was only 2 blocks away. But they didn't give me any of those choices at pickup.

Sal VThe truck broke down, we had to wait 2 hours to have someone come fix it. You assholes argued with us constantly on the phone. This was supposed to have been a round trip for 199. That's what I was quoted. You m************ charged me $215 for something that was supposed to be 199 causing my checking account to be overdrafted. You assholes wouldn't even do anything to give me any of the money back for all the hard trouble I dealt with. Every time I called to get help you hung up on me. I will never use your company again. Your company is Barusa. I am not a stupid spic. You treated me like I was dumb. You are not going to charge me $349 extra. You got your f****** truck back. Nothing was wrong with it. You f***** up now. Go f*** yourself with a rusty dildo U-Haul. I am done being used by your company. You do not get to overcharge me, have me wait 2 hours in the pouring rain for my truck to get fixed because the battery was dead when I got it. You are the worst company that ever existed. And I will make sure I tell everyone I meet not to use you.

Paul CEasy process of pickup and drop off. Trailer worked good except for a cooler moved against the door while traveling. Tried to open the door and it was stuck. Ended up being the bolts the license tag was held on with stuck on the cooler. Other than that no issues at all. Will rent again.

TATIANA CI was charged a stupid amount. For 10 hrs. $365. I paid that for a trip from Indiana to Illinois for 2 days. No well not be useing U-Haul again. An well make sure to tell people the stupid amount I was charged.
