The location was fine; however, I made this reservation in advance and when I arrived, I had to re do everything as I was told I needed to pick up the truck in another town, it was a bit of a hassle but worked out in the end.

This experience with U-Haul was awful. It took over 6 hours to get my U-Haul. The location I rented from originally didn't have the U-Haul I requested so they had to send me to a different location. When I get to the other location they said I didn't have a reservation. I completed ANOTHER reservation and they STILL couldn't find it. So I left. Halfway home I got a notification to pick it up at the new location. Finally got the U-Haul and moved the things I needed to. When I returned the U-Haul the website wouldn't let me upload the mileage picture it REQUIRED. Complete waste of 6 hours and $55+ to move a few things. It took me 20 minutes to move the stuff. 6 hours to actually get the U-Haul. . .

The truck cad was infested with dog hair. It looks like no one inspected the cab after a rental. I am allergic to dogs and it caused me to have allergy outbreak.

County Market is the worst place to rent a Uhaul on planet earth. Due to the lazy assistant manager named Jeff who falsified rental documents and over charged me.

Lube the ratchet straps on the car dolly Very difficult to release straps especially when car is loaded on No room to get upward pull to release

I requested a dolliee when making a reservation and there wasn’t one in the truck when I picked the truck up and was givin the runaround like they had no idea what I was talking about even though it clearly showed on the reservation that I did confirm the rental.

Have the equipment at the correct location. Make sure the equipment has air in tires and doesn't have warning lights and/or have more than one truck to choose from. Have a competent employee to help.handle concerns.

I just want to take this opportunity to explain that I would never recommend Uhaul to anyone-ever. Total pain in the ass, I'm especially thankful that reservation's mean nothing and we got to add 2 hours on the trip because we had to go an alternate location, why. Might you ask ??? Because UHaul doesn't care about your reservation. Also took an hour to rent a 5x9 trailer. Again this was all reserved and paid for online.,which we all know means nothing. If you have to rent a uhaul just show up and take your chances on availability. Again reservations are worthless.

I had reserved a small or truck early on approximately 3 weeks ago. U-Haul provided a 15 foot truck which was too big for my needs and it smelled heavily like smoke, also when I started the engine with key, The engine or the exhaust was very noisy and rough. It was not a smooth ride in this truck at all! When I put my foot on the gas pedal, it would pull back and it was very noisy! I do have to mention that the manager I doubt worse by the name of Jim, he was very helpful and try to resolve the situation. He did make attempts to call the U-Haul company, and spoke with someone there. Uhaul people were average. Not much that was resolved, considering Uhaul had ample time to accommodate a U-Haul for my purpose, all I needed was a small truck or van.

I was charged twice and also charged a late fee even though I explained that the hitch locking pin was missing and I had to go purchase my own just so I could use the trailer safely. That took time out of me scheduled time with my rental.
