Equipment was unswept. I started with this location which was less than a mile away. Nobody was on duty during posted hours. I was first sent away, after calling five other locations, i was guided to call the corporate reservation number. That person told me that the closest location had exactly what I wanted. I physically arrived and insisted on renting the trailer. I waited 20 minutes for help. I thanked her for coming into work to help me, but she was rude and cranky the whole time. Told me I should've waited until Monday, and that corporate had the wrong information. I should've called the regional office. She never explained the charges, just ran my credit card. Fortunately my credit card notifies me immediately. I hooked up the trailer myself, and unhooked it myself upon return. Nobody checked for damage, just asked me. I can't think of how this could've been less professional, but they didn't get the lowest rating only because I suppose it could've been worse.

When I originally reserved this truck I got everything verified and started truck. Picked up my son in my car came back to truck it wouldn’t start. The front desk was very friendly and Jim cancelled my order and got me in a new truck fairly quickly. I appreciated it.
LINDSEY MThe truck was pretty clean except the interior of the cub was dirty. Not really bad, but footprints on the dash and mud on the floorboard. It would not stop me from renting from this location again. I was confused it I was supposed to use the box outside the store to check in and out and use the customer service desk of the store. I used the customer service desk, and it took about 15 minutes to check in and no time at all to check out. The only problem with check out was the paperwork was not done right away. I was ok because the paperwork was completed before I was charged for an extra day, but if it would not have been done in time, I would have been very upset. Everything else went very well and I would rent from here again for sure.
