Went to the drop off location as described above, went into the store but was told they didn't have the proper paperwork to return the trailer and didn't know how to do it otherwise. The store employees didn't inspect the trailer and offered no help whatsoever in taking the trailer off the vehicle. The trailer was not equipped with a trailer jack and with the length of the trailer and tongue it is very heavy. Luckily I am of above average strength but still, manually lifting it off the truck hitch isn't something the average person could easily accomplish and is dangerous in my opinion and could cause unnecessary injury. There needs to be a jack installed on the heavier trailers, something Uhaul might wanna consider. additionally, If county market cannot or is unwilling to train their employees properly then perhaps having a Uhaul location isn't for them!

robert bTook money out of my account without me verifying I was going to use the service. Then I have to wait 7 to 10 days to get my money back. To get a quote you have to give banking info which I was told nothing would be done without verifying.
Robert BNearly fifty miles (each way) from my selected pick up site. Shame on U-Haul for this abysmal customer service. Limited service site (grocery store). Agent was excellent, even though he had gone home for the day and we had to wait for him to return to the store. U-Haul apparently did NOT communicate to the site that we were coming to pick up the trailer at 5:00 as arranged. In sum, I have U-Haul's new business motto: "U-Haul... we're all about our convenience, not yours."

Jon DWasn't available in our location and had to drive 40 miles away to pick up. It was inconvenient and the staff didn't know what they were doing.
