It was obvious to me that U-Haul was not the only business of Cowboy Dan's. However the owner treated my needs with the priority that made me feel it was the most important job he had that day. I really appreciated his services.

The first truck had no key and it was pulled full of stuff so we couldn't even use it so uhaul got us a different truck

I had no issues with the location, but with U-haul. I don't understand why your trailers do not have a standard hook up for the trailer lights. The only way those car trailers are going to be pulled is by a truck. All trucks come with standard connection portals for trailer lights, but for some reason everyone that rents a U-haul has to buy an adapter in order to use them. To me that's greed and unnecessary.

There were serious technically difficulties with the software that this location was using on their computer to transact the rental. I also had technical difficulties with the U Haul app. These technical difficulties caused a delay in the rental process of more then 1 hr.

I had a terrible experience with Uhaul. I rented a 15 foot box truck 1 day to move 80 miles. I picked up the truck on 6/30 and returned the next day, 7/1 and on time, I was charged accordingly. On 7/12 I rented a 15 foot box truck as well as a car hauler 7/12 - 7/17 drove from TN- to NY $ 1417.28. Paid infull on the 12th and returned on the 17th and on time. By the 20th my checking account was $525 over drawn. Turns out Uhaul with drew an additional $1 411,8 from me on 7/13. So they return the 1 411,28 after a week of emotional distress but does nothing about the 8 charges of over draft fees totaling $200.00. So I tried for another 2 weeks to no avail to get compensated for the over draft fees. Now I find out they charged my account again today 8/6 another $2500.00. So I'm back fighting and being sick because of the financial crisis Uhaul has put me threw. I'm going to seek compensation for the distress Uhaul has put me threw.

The truck's AC unit was out, it was unbearable hot with no chance of relief. Also, the instrument cluster flickered in and out.

We had our rental scheduled for 8 am 24/7 pick up and we got there and couldn't pick it up. We had people waiting on us to help us move and weren't able to obtain the truck till 9:30. This created us to pay our helpers more due to the truck not being available. We called and called and only got a hold of one person to help us.
