Cowboy Dan was the Greatest. On time delivery ready to go. But Your New Providence Location need lots of HELP. Someone needs to check into HOW the Operation is being Worked. I'm sure UHAUL would not LIKE. I have a storage Room rented there for the end of the month. Which will be Cancelled. They have to get there self TOGETHER.

This review is only showing what went right on Saturday 28 April - my original U-Haul order number was21644334 which now is non existent in the system and not allowing me to leave a review for that order - this order reflects the only part of the day that went well. I ordered the truck on line and went to pick it up on Saturday - the location was closed at noon and I had a 2:30 pickup - was told another location would honor my reservation and it did not - they then reserved a truck in the U-Haul reservation system and sent me across town (30min in traffic) to a third location when I walked in and told them I had a reservation they said they had no one way trucks to give although I had seen the reservation - so I called U-Haul customer service and drove back to my side of town (30 min in traffic) which is also how long I sat on hold - finally another truck was found 5 miles from last location so back across town (30 min in traffic) to pickup the truck - I requested a discount and was assured that a note was placed on my file - the one I cannot access to leave a review - so there was no change in allowed mileage so going from original pickup to destination was for x miles was now 10 miles less that I got charged for but no biggie right I had already used a tank of my gas to get the truck why not charge me for the 10 I went over when the pickup site is further away then planned resulting in me having to drive further to same destination - I will probably never here back from the company and I rarely complain but this was pretty bad and a waste of a Saturday
